12-5 Bowlers

 

Thursday Night:

OREGON -7 (-130)

Late post so I'll keep it short. I was suprised to see that the Ducks have covered 7 straight on grass where team speed is hampered just a bit compared to turf. KState can't stop this offense imo no matter how much time they've had to prepare and have covered just 3 of the last 10 against Pac 12 foe. The Ducks will put up 50 tonight. Can KState keep up?

 

Brave under players may note the Ducks have stayed low in 2 of their last 3 bowls including under by 4 TD's last year.

If we have any Oregon team experts I'd like to hear about the offensive lineman that are out tonight. Are they starters?

Not that the SEC has been very good this bowl season defensively, but wasn't Oregon playing SEC defenses in these last few bowls (I know one was against Auburn at least)?

Baylor was one of the hottest teams in the country to close the season. If KState would have caught them earlier in the year they would have beaten them just as OU did.

How does the KState defense compare to these two?  I've been a bit skeptical of Oregon because of what you pointed out - teams that have had defenses and a long time to prepare have slowed them down (in some cases a lot).

GL Tree, on opposite. Regardless Kelly going to the NFL will be a distraction, it is inevitable he will go to Cleveland or Philly...book it..especially with NCAA sanctions about to handled down.

I don't think this KState defense can stop them tonight.They play in the Big 12 where defense doesn't matter.

That was also my take, I do think we'll see the Oregon offense play at their high level, I'm thinking low 40's for Oregon tonight.
