But when they get there it will be a waste of time for America once again.

no.

they struggled with too many teams for me to think they are the best,

top 5 probably,

best?

no.

on a neutral field, i would take:  BAMA, OREGON, and FSU yes florida state over Ohio St

There are 15-20 teams better than Ohio State.

Anything can happen in college football . Did anyone think A&M as a 14 point dog would beat Bamma? Did anyone think Stanford would beat Oregon in their house as a 21 point dog? Did anyone think Baylor would blowout K state? Did anyone think Urban Meyer's Utah team would beat Oklahoma? Did anyone think the 2002 Miami Hurricanes would lose to Ohio St as a 14 pt Favorite? The Westcoast spread option offense has equalized football. You no longer need an all-american line to dominate a game! You no longer need a dominant defense to win a game. The coaches gameplan is a big factor. A&M's coach out coached Saban, would you think they could have stopped Bamma! SEC defenses are set up to stop outdated SEC offenses. The SEC has the fast great athletic teams but the offenses are traditional and predictible and the QB' for most part will not win games but are there to manage the offense. Heck Urban Meyer won 2 national championships with Tim Tebow!!! Hows he doing in the pros.Until there is a playoff we will never know.Ohio ST. has shut down Oregon's offense the only time they played! Florida St. plays in a weaker

ACC and lost to NCSTATE? Oregon runs rampid over the no defense Pac 12 .They lose at home to Stanford who lost to ND and Washington? The big 12 has no defense at all K State might lose to Texas! That being said OSU play Michigan this week and we'll reserve judgement until after that game!! College football is changing and the control the clock type of offenses are out dated and  the Bamma defense was exhausted against A&M. It is hard to win games if you cannot breathe. Playing a tough schedule week in and week out is definitely tougher to prepare for. I feel confident that OSU's offense could score on Oregon's D and it would have enough d to win the game.OSU could beat a lackluster offense of ND and would be favored. I think Bamma would be the favored over OSU and I haven't seen enough of their Offense to determine if OSU d could contain them enough for the offense to out score them. Florida St is athletic enough to beat OSU but what is on their resume? beating Clemson who had 70 put on them by West Virginnia!  OSU would show up to play anybody!

Given they won in three of the most hostile environments in the B1G and top 15-20 in the nation (Mich St/Penn St/Wisky) and are 11-0.....they're not even close, not even a top 5.....top 10? Sure.

Next year is THEE year for the Buckeye squad.....think of it as the 2005 team....even going into the season, most people talked about the 2006 team being the national title team, and they were (annnnnnnnnd then got smoked by Fla).

When their offense is ON, you can't stop them.....then other times you're thinking "who the f*** is calling these plays?"....same thing with the D....the secondary can't stop a nose-bleed.

It's always been tough watching OSU games (with JT at the helm), but going into year 2 with Urban, and after a 12-0 season? The 2013 team is the team to look out for.

Cherokee.

Going into year 2 with Urban, and after a "12-0" season?  Apparently Ohio State has already beaten Michigan in your eyes.

Interesting.

Never said it WOULD happen, just saying if they ended the season undefeated, going into year two would have expectations out the roof.

UM beat our terrible team last year, and now we have them at home......Yes, I think they're going to win...sue me.

Let me guess, another Ohioan who's a Meeeechigan fan.....shocking, you are the best kind of fans.

Did you wacth the Michigan game where their running backs leg snapped. Denard  Robinson's right hand or arm is injured as to where he was carring the ball in his left hand!He was a running back? OSU will be favored !

Cherokee,
Not sure what you mean by "best kind of fans"..  I'm a Michigan fan, yes.  That said, I don't wear blinders, and tell it like I see it.  I think next weeks game is going to be fantastic.  I have no idea whether Michigan wins or not, but there is no doubt they can win.

scell.
Fitz Tussaint is the player you are referring too, and to be honest, he was having a terrible year.  It sux he got hurt, but it actually doesn't do anything to what Michigan does on offense..  As for Denard, he did play running back, which I actually think helps the offense.  Gardner is a much better QB than Denard imo, and gives Michigan an actual passing threat behind center.  Having them both in the backfield at the same time is more dangerous than having Drob at qb and Garnder at Wr.

I would be shocked if the game next week is a blow out either way. I wouldn't be shocked if Ohio State wins the game, yet wouldn't be surprised at all is Michigan wins.  I honestly think having Gardner at QB has completely changed Michigans offense.  I really like Ohio States pressure up front, but Gardner (unlike Denard) has an uncanny ability to escape pressure, yet keep his eyes down field and make accurate throws.  And having Denard as an outlet makes him all the more dangerous.

I do live in the heart of Buckeye country and every single one of my best friends are Buckeye fans. We all love this week.  For us, this week its always good clean fun.  I listen to all the trash talk from my buddies, and I give it back.. but it never goes over the line to disrespectful.

-Good Luck next week.

ohio state is a good team with good players and a great coach, think about it urban took basically the same team that went 6-7 last year and now they are 11-0. yes the schedule has helped them out a lot but bamas schedule was pretty soft also and they have an L on their resume. I could see how people can say that their are 15 teams better than Tosu and talent wise you could be correct but bring me 15 coaches that are better than meyer and u can maybe find 2. ohio state will be a great team when urbans recruits start to enter their spophmore and juniors seasons. but for now its a mute point

Bamas schedule was not tough but it's not even comparable to how much easier OSU's was this year.

Well coached - playing well as a team - top 10 talent overall, playing like a top 10 team overall. No way are they best team in the country however.

in top 15 or so, but that's it!...played mostly at home too, a big advantage!...plus played some smaller, garbage schools!...NOW JUST IMAGINE THEM IN THE SEC, WEEK TO WEEK, WITH A BRUTAL SCHEDULE!....BE REALISTIC HERE!

I'm a born and raised Buckeye, and they are NOT the best team this year....definitely Top 5 IMO, but don't think they could beat Bama', Oregon, or even Fla St, but next year......LOOK OUT
