OK state is not the same team on the road and Weeden showed how AVERAGE he is on the road especially the OK state defense on the road. I called this game last week. OK state defense had problems stopping a HORRIBLE Texas offense getting gashed over and over. Franklin is going to LIGHT THEM UP. Weeden had problems against an extremely weak secondary and now will face a Missouri team with only losses were at AZ State in OT, at undefeated Kstate that could give OK its first loss in 2 weeks, and at OK by 10. OK State defense wont keep Franklin at home under 40 pts. Missouri is EXTREMELY underrated with and offense and defense that is MUCH MUCH better than anyone OSU has seen this year.  OSU has shown in 2 games ON THE ROAD that winning is hard enough much less cover a TD+. OSU season comes crashing down. Missouri rolls 42-28.

The line should stay around 7. People are way too caught up in OSU and their offense while they forget their are 2 sides to the ball and OSU defense is the one that gets taken for a ride this Saturday. Franklin has a field day.

i actually agree with the fact that Missou is the right side here... but can't help but laugh at the fact that you were bashing Ok St so bad last week and saying they couldn't cover against Texas, and still seem to show no respect even though they covered pretty easily, despite playing a bad game offensively...

I am on OSU.  They really have not been challenged yet, I agree (TX and AM aren't bad, however) but OSU is a reactive type of team, and Weeden can definitely fall asleep at the wheel when things are going easy.

That being said I think you are right, MO will go step for step with them, but that will keep the Pokes focused and they take MO down.  MO is about equal with AM and TX, maybe even a step down.

We'll find out on Saturday for sure!  GL with your plays

If Sherman wasn't such a boob.. A&M would have won by 14+..

Give me a break read my comments did I say Texas wins that game and did I say that Texas covers and how in the world do you consider a 5 pt cover an EASY COVER. Texas had the ball at the end for the backdoor. Anyone on Ok state was throwing their ticket away but Texas is so awful I mean awful at offense that even though OSU defense is dreadful they still almost covered. I said last week that Missouri was going to cover and win the game. They took away Blackmon and Weeden looked like a true freshman. He played like crap. It was OSU RUNNING GAME that gave that offense a chance of scoring. They averaged 7.5 ypr. I have said that they more OSU throws the worse they are. The problem is now OSU plays the best team on both sides of the ball and a qb who can run and pass which spells DOOM for that average defense. Weeden will play average just like he always does on the road. Good luck selling insurance.

Just sounds crazy to me betting against a team that lights it up every week.  Ok St went into texas am, and came out with a huge road win.  Now they go into Texas, and win on the road.  Just seems hard to outscore a team that never tries to slow the game down.

I will keep riding the Okie St train

They didnt score 50 on the road either games and like I said OSU road wins comes to an end this week. 8-0 big freaking deal its not like he is 21-0. What does 12-1 get you at the end of the year? The Tostidos Bowl against Boise State not the NC game.

Adding OK/Tech over 69.5-Tech has scored 34 or more in every game but OU knows how to stop Tech; they are throwing it even more now; Dodge threw almost 70 attempts; Tech with no defense and OU offense off a subpar performance even though the D held KU to 1 FD in the 2nd half. Stoops at home said they looked like crap early against Missou but won't happen again in conference play. This gets out of hand early. Half a hundred by halftime and Tech will be throwing all day long. This game will last a long time plus Dodge should throw a couple of pick six in there.

Not gonna happen. Mizzous secondary is their weakness. Franklin still cant throw with accuracy. This is his biggest game ever. Too much pressure. Gary Pinkel is one of the worst big game coaches ever. Thats a fact.

Save your money.

Not saying you are wrong, but Missouri is the third best road team that Okie State has played this year.

Everyone is giving OSU way more credit and that's why there so much value. First off the this is by far the hardest road game OSU has played because Franklin can RUN and PASS unlike Tannehill. Missouri has a veteran offensive line and an extremely GOOD RB who is AVERGING 9.7 Yards per RUSH. Franklin is only a true sophmore but is already shown he can play big in big games. He looked mediocre in the Kstate game other than that he has played extremely well. OSU just like any other team has HUGE problems defending the run and pass especially the run. Texas gashed them with a qb that really can't run the ball and Tannehill not only cannot run but did his usual choke job in the 2nd half or OSU would already have a loss. We all saw how average Weeden is on the road when they take away Blackmon and Missouri will look to do the same thing. This will be a shootout that OSU will lose. The strength of Missouri team is that they have two people that can in the backfield running for almost 250 ypg and passing for the same so they are balanced. OSU better hope they can run for close to 8 yards a clip to keep this close.  OSU has yet to face a team with a mobile qb and their defense is average just like every year. They have only lost 1 time by more than 7 and that was AT OK who is 84-2 at home with an AVERAGE margin of victory of close to 28. So tell me where the value is??? I will take the HOME team, that can run the ball two ways, with a better defense and the better qb CATCHING 7.5 all day long.
