I actually like their D, expect a breakout season from Coburn, Kimmo and Meszaros will be solid and i think Gustaffson will be a surprise. Key factor believe it or not is Luke Schenn. I think he will fit in nicely with this group, only issue is lack of depth on D. As far a Bryz I think he should have a better year now that he knows what to expect in Philly. Plus he is going to get plenty of work with a condensed schedule so that should 1. Keep him sharp and 2. keep the media off his behind. The offense speaks for itself. With that all said I still dont think they have enough to beat the Rangers, at least not yet

I don't get to see to many Flyers games but stats says he led the Flyers in ice time, blocked shots and is good for 40 pts a year, also led the team with giveaways which is common for d-men that log a lot of ice time, anyways most of these fantasy experts project him to continue to average a half point a game.

interesting, looked up giveaways on nhl.com and found Carle gave it up 55 times with is 25th in the league, last years Norris trophy winner 84 times. This seams to be par for the coarse for puck moving offensive defenceman.

Matt Carle is an absolute abomination of a defenseman. The Flyer defense immediately improved the moment he left.
At least some one knows what there talking about up in this girl. But i'm guessing that the starting 6 dmen might surprise u after this so called "training camp". coburn and mezzy r the only 2 guaranteed spots locked in at this point.
