2-1 Heat Games
Leaning:
MIA -4
The Hawks swept Miami last season 4-0
The 1st meeting was when Miami still had Hamilton, Granger, Williams, Cole ect. and were w/out Bosh. THe 2nd was w/ the same unit but w/ Bosh - both games Miami lost by 12 & 11pts. the 3rd meeting was when ATL rested their starters, Miami made the trades & now had Dragic - Heat lost by 2pts. The last meeting Heat were minus Hassan & Birdman and lost by 13pts.
ATL will be minus two players who were part of the reason why they did so well last season w/ Carroll singing elsewhere & Sefelosha out due to injury. Miami is a totally new team, w/ significant signings, are much healthier and deeper.
I think this is another great spot for the Heat. Most def motivational factor here for Miami being swept 4-0 last season by the Hawks, including a game where the Hawks rested their starters & still won. Miami coming off that massive come back victory vs the Rockets, come in w/ momentum heading into this game @ home.
