Jarrett Jack (shoulder) will not play in Tuesday's game against the Rockets.

Jack's shoulder MRI came back clean, but he's still feeling soreness. By sitting out Tuesday, he gets a full week to recover before the Warriors come out of the All-Star break. Kent Bazemore will back up Stephen Curry once again Tuesday.

I personally think this is a big deal and wouldn't lay more than 3 tonight with the Warriors.

I agree that Jack is overlooked.  I'm quite worried about the abundance of GSW backers I see all over this site.  Couple that with the media blowing up the 3 pt contest Houston had last week, leads me to really lean towards Hou ML.  Sure it's a revenge factor, but just because a team wants revenge doesn't mean they are going to get it as easy as people think.

Thanks for the update, Papa.

Right.  And you don't think the Rockets, fighting for a playoff spot, coming off a loss, maybe looking ahead to this game.  I think Houston will be on their game tonight.

houston need to figure their 4thQ showing.

most of their road L came because of 4Q meltdown.

hard to back them ML or spread if they regularly having 4Q meltdown, because in the end they wont cover low spread due to foul game.

This is a huge deal. Jack takes over the point in the final 6 minutes of every game (Curry slides over to the 2). It's not a coincidence that they've been struggling to win with Jack out of the lineup.

Jack is definitely underrated.  In the Memphis game he was dearly missed as they could not find a third scorer.  It was just Curry and Lee...Klay Thompson and the other role players were off.  That said, as with most all role players, the comforts of home court bring the best out of them.  Like GSW here regrdless.  GL

Jarrett Jack is testing his injured shoulder in pregame and is available to play on Tuesday.

Whether or not he gives it a go or not remains to be seen, if you own him, you might as well throw him in your lineup since there's a chance he'll play. An earlier report had ruled him out.
