*Suns -2.5* Phoenix has struggled early this year but I think this is the perfect spot for them. They are clearly the superior team here and I think Beasley has a coming out party against MKG. Charlotte just got news that Gerald Henderson (Their 3rd leading scorer) will be out for 2-4 weeks. That's a huge blow to them as they have will now have to go with two options. Going small with Walker/Sessions as their back-court, or inserting Ben Gordon who is just averaging 8 points in 21 min/game. What makes this play that much better is Phoenix is 0-4 ATS this year and I see the books trying to even that record out.
*Bucks -1* The Bucks have played great in their first two games of the season. This team is really gelling this year, ranking #1 in assists, and I think this team is going to shock the NBA this year. This is a hard team to stop at home and Mike Dunleavy (my X-Factor of the game) is playing quite well, coming off a 6 for 7 shooting night from downtown, totaling an 87% mark for that category.
*Rockets -2.5* After a disappointing loss to Portland in overtime in their home opener, this team is pissed off and looking to rebound. Harden is playing great, getting to the basket at will and pulling up when defenders give him too much room. It hasn't taken him too long to fit into this system as he's averaging 35 points this season. The Nuggets will be playing in a back to back as they played Detroit at home last night for their first win of the season. They are 0-3 thus far playing away from Denver. I don't see this one as close of a game as the line suggest and feel pretty strong about this play.
*Magic +6.5* Well this team is just a bunch of misfits aren't they? But they are getting the job done, Glen Davis is playing terrific to start the season and I believe he thinks it's his team now. Minnesota meanwhile just lost their All Star player in Love and are missing Rubio until January as well. I just don't see this team being competitive without these two and will happily take 6 1/2 points with this matchup.

Good write ups. You don't think the suns game is a trick? Bobcats at home without Hendersen? I was leaning suns too but maybe the line is this way because the suns are 1-3?

I never look at games as traps or anything like that. I try not to look at the actual lines until i make my pick. All of my handicapping is done this way and it's worked out well. Keeps me from over thinking things. GL with your bets.

Thinking about throwing in the Nets +10 in there as well. I just don't see how they are getting so many points. Phoenix got 13, Denver got 8.5, and Boston got 6.5 against the Heat in Miami. I think the Nets are better than at least two of those teams right now. Would be nice to have Gerald Wallace guarding Lebron though. What do you guys think?

Yeah I like the Nets too, I believe the line is so high, because Vegas knows, the public has seen the Nets lose at home to that very Minny team that you mentioned, and the Heat blowing the doors off the Suns and then you add, that the heat will always have about a 2 or 3 point overvalue in every game and you get 10. but I see this being a very competitive game. BOL luv your write ups.
