#1 Posted: 5/7/2012 12:21:36 PM Good Day To All..
I hope everyone had a nice cash day yesterday..
I went 1-1 on Big bets, But did not fair so well on Small Wagers...
Heat..
Lakers..
Play 1 Spurs -7..
I said this yesterday I was going to go with the Spurs today no matter what, the line was at -7.5 so I bought the hook down to an even 7 since I don't like taking my chances with the .5 just in case of a push..
I think the Spurs will go ahead and take care of business tonight like the Thunder did on Saturday, unlike the Heat the Spurs are more reliable when it comes to taking care of business and to hear the Jazz talk they feel no matter what they do they just can't beat this team, so internally I feel like they have thrown in the towel..
But I really do like the Jazz going forward, they have a great core of young players who will only grow as the years go on, they just got unlucky and ran into a Machine in the Spurs that are playing absolute dominant Basketball at this time..
I rode the Heat yesterday thinking they would get the Job done but I learned a hard lesson again, that just when you think the Heat have heart and are going to turn that corner and go for the kill they fall right back to their old ways of thinking they can just show up and win, instead of playing a full 48 minute Game..
So once again, CONGRATS to all that Cashed on the Knicks yesterday...
Bol to all...

#5 Posted: 5/7/2012 12:32:22 PM I think the Jazz gave the Spurs their best shot the other night and still lost by 12. That has to be demoralizing. Spurs close out the series tonight by double digits. |

I agree with you 100%..
If there is one Team I feel confident about making a play on it's the Spurs..
If anything after watching the Heat yesterday should be extra motivation for the Spurs to take care of the Jazz early & not allow them to hang around like the Heat did the Knicks until it was to late, The Spurs want to get through with this series and get a little extra rest before round 2... |

Yep, the Jazz are telling themselves that no matter what they do they just can't beat this Team..
Tonight the Jazz will just go through the motions... |

#8 Posted: 5/7/2012 12:47:01 PM Another difference is the Jazz do not have a player that can take over a game like Melo did yesterday. Who on the Jazz can give you 40 points? |

yeah -- i was just reading an article on espn ...jazz players know they just ran in to a buzz saw, throw the kitchen sink to SAS, but failed ...they might not roll over and might play with some pride...but what motivation u can have after giving ur best and just fail miserably----the game 3 1h was the closest and toughest Jazz had played the spurs--unfortunately for the jazz the spurs refocused by 2h and came out taking no prisioners.....i see SAS coming out right where they left ..

#10 Posted: 5/7/2012 12:52:17 PM yeah the heat were to overconfident and cocky ---there was a pt in the game they had the knicks right where they wanted ---miami just couldnt finish them...that speaks badly of a team that wants to be champion ..the heat needs to watch and learn from the celtics,SAS,OKC----BOS will blast this miami fools

Yeah The Heat really do need to take notes on how to be Champions and learn how to put Teams away, they were up 11 and just let the Knicks come back to the point they lost all their momentum, the Garden was quiet and ready to call it a Game and then the Heat got lazy and now they are extened another Game...
Boston will give them all they got...The C's owned them in the Regular season which I know is different from the Playoffs, but they still took care of business against the Heat regardless.. |

No one, they have a few guys who can put up some descent numbers but no work horse like Melo...
I am still Mad I didn't get offered the Over on Points with a Melo Prop, or I would have hammered it..
I am getting the over 7.5 assists for Tony Parker option though... |

well .... i dont see spurs letting go on the pedal ..besides if the other series get to 7 games they will get all rest they can so there is no need...at least i see no need on sitting out players until game is done or SAS blow out in 4thqrtr |

They have been to good to be true...
They are the only Team that I place a bet on, and then sit back and feel relaxed about the Game..
Even when the Jazz where trying to fight on Saturday I just knew it was a matter of time before the Spurs would take charge of that Game...
And with a Jazz team that have said with their own words that they just can't get past this Team no matter how hard they fight, I feel even more confident about tonight.. |

You would think the Grizzlies would respond from Saturdays Game..
I can see these 2 teams splitting games at home...
This has been a tough series for me to Cap, I have stayed away from it entirely...
Bol on your Play... |

I always have a little bit of hesitance with a Fav getting that big a number on the road, but I feel confident with this play..
I also always buy the Hook just in case, so when I saw it drop to -7.5 I went ahead and got it for -7 just in case...
I would rather have a push than a loss...
