The NFL is entertainment. They function to keep viewers tuned in and make advertisers happy.

They will do anything to keep people watching the games. Anything controlled by man can be manipulated. Stock market, economy and most certainly a sporting event.

No one questions whether or not wrestling is rigged, therefore no one should be surprised that the NFL is manipulated.

This is the loophole which allows the NFL to fix its games. They are classified as entertainment, and have argued as much in open court.

The NFL has said:

1) We have the rifght to fix outcomes to ensure the vialbility of our entertainment business

2) Even "if" games were fixed, fans would still line up to view and attend. For those who do not get it, that means they view you as "kids at a circus".

ALL OF THIS IS DOCUMENTED.

NFL Security employs former CIA, DOJ, military and other law enforcement personnel, mainly for their contacts and influence.

Also documented:

The NFL has managed to quash over 25 different investigations into game-fixing, by agencies such as the DOJ, FBI, etc.

All you guys have to do is read. Begin with the history of the NFL, and who the original owners were. They were mob connected bookies, gamblers and other shady businessmen.

Also well-documented. Why do you guys think owning a sports franchise makes many salivate? They are printing presses. The ultra-exclusive "gambling permitted here" club.

Come on guys. Ain't THAT hard to put 2 and 2 together.

All professional sports must be rigged then, and probably college football too. In normal life, such as: high school sports, pick up games, or even video games like Madden, the better team usually dominates the entire game. It's usually clear from the beginning who will win by how much based on the difference in skill between the two opponents.

In pro sports, like the NFL, a team can play awful for 2 quarters and then all of a sudden play like champions in the second half. All the while, the opponent, who was lighting it up for 2 quarters, ends up collapsing in the second half and losing. Or better yet, a team can beat a division rival the first time they play. Then the next time they get blown out. It doesn't really make sense. Sure there is luck, but luck isn't enough to explain that. Maybe injuries could explain it sometimes, but not at the rate that those things occur.
