Bears are competitive with Hoyer, the line is based on public perception of what Greenbay was a season ago or two, fact is they are not 10 pts better then Bears barring an in game injury to Hoyer or Alshon

This line is not based on public perception, as much as it is upon exhaustion!!! On a neutral field, week-1 of the season, Green Bay WOULD-NOT-and-ARE NOT 10 points better than Chicago. But, their schedule at this stage, is BRUTAL!!! Injuries & exhaustion combined, plus, throw in Green Bay's embarrassing loss to the Cowboys, in their immediately-previous home game, and, the line is "somewhat justifiable". Rogers and the Packers, do not often loose consecutive home games!!! ESPECIALLY to beat-up and battered, unbelievably tired/road-weary teams within their own division!!! Packers WILL WIN the game, "outright"!!! Question is, if not "teasing", and/or, "buying points", for betting purposes, will they win by more than 9-10 points, as Vegas has evaluated?

Honestly both teams look about equal right now. This should be a Pickem.
Will go with Bears ats most likely but I need to cap it first. Lots of factors involved. No more pattern capping for NFL, it doesn't work, as there are not enough established patterns.
Last night my Jets play failed me so I learned a lesson. That was the first time all season I pattern capped an NFL game. Gotta put more time into it

Home field advantage pushes this for Pack a bit. The key for Bears is controlling the clock and keeping that battered D off the field. Packers have dominated the run in all but one game this season. I doubt the Bears have the run blocking of a Cowboys line to really duplicate last week. This just looks like an ugly type game. I'll probably put some degen teaser action on it, but this has all the makings for another horrid nationally televised game.
