Very true. I charge $200 and don't ask for a share of any potential winnings.

I absolutely agree... The more proxies start to charge,, the less people would want to join... Vegas is a small market compare to the rest of the world... Given there's not much transparency... Even a typical cab ride from one end of the strip to the other end should cost only 10 dollars multiplied by 17 trips that would cost 170 dollars at most... Or your typical cost to order deliver with tips included is 5-6 bucks depending on your area... And these drivers have to go to multiple places... As a proxy you can take a bunch of picks with you and deliver it all in one place... To say that they should have much or any of a stake in the overall winnings is outrageous... The ones that can seperate the good proxies from the rest are the ones that do not over charge and can demonstrate winners having no problems in the past... I think proxies should be the ones paying the winners,, because they are the ones that leave them the good name which leads to greater sales... This is business 101

They should charge what the market will pay. Econ 101.

I used Larry K last year and he wa great. He was the proxy for the winners last year. A real nice guy. I would highly recommend him. Only 200 and no percentage of wins.
Does anyone have any stories of a proxy who dropped the ball?
