Took a rare loss last week. Everything went as planned. Denver didn't get blown out in Sea, NO and NE took care of business at home. The only problem came when Arian Foster was a last minute scratch vs NYG. I had Houston +12 points and they ended up losing the game by 13 points.
If Foster plays in that game HOU covers and I win. Pretty shitty, but that's how it goes sometimes. I stand behind my play, and chalk it up as an "unlucky break" with no need to 2nd guess my process. This week, I see tremendous potential for success with the lines and matchups. Ready to rebuild my bankroll after the unfortunate turn of events.
4tm / 13pt teaser -120
PIT +4
IND +4
SD -1
ATL +10.5
Will give write ups on the game later in the week, but want to get my wager in now before some lines move.

The Bucs coming off their most embarrassing loss in franchise history will be coming into this matchup playing 110% from start to finish. Also, Pittsburgh lost significant defensive players (Shazier, Taylor, Jones) last game and just signed 36 year old Harrison who will be playing at snail pace at best.
Tampa will be starting Glennon at QB which imo actually helps their passing attack. Look for rookie Mike Evans to have a breakout game especially if Vincent can't play (wrist). Doug Martin and Gerald McCoy are expected back as well. Bucs have been off since last Thursday to think about this game, meanwhile the Steelers are scrambling to assemble a defense after the late game Sunday.
Bucs will cover the 7.5, whether they win by 4 we'll have to wait and see.

Lucas57 - You are right. A pro will never tell you that any wager beside a straight bet is a good idea. And that is mostly due to the simple fact that needing multiple outcomes to win is a riskier proposition then needing a single outcome.
But that doesn't mean teasers cant be a consistent source of profit. When done correctly, you can win long term using teasers. The trick is to make sure you are getting the maximum value with your picks and are using the additional points given in the best manner possible. If you do your research and can cross multiple key numbers at a time, you will have success and can win consistently.

If you had 2 winners and a push and your book considers that a loss, you need to find a new book!
