Predicted 2013 NFL Standings ***DEGEN Special

just putting out my very early predicted standings (these will change )

any good input would be fantastic ( many thanks in advance )

AFC

Patriots 11-5  (Brady due to miss some time?)lol

Dolphins 9-7    nice offseason on paper

Bills   8-8       Kolb,Jackson,EJ or your grandma is an upgrade of Fitzgarbage

Jets  4-12       will be getting a new coach at some point , maybe in season

Bengals 11-5      Like them or playoff rival Texans to win the AFC

Steelers  10-6       need to stay healthy ..Small lean on the Under again

Ravens  7-9       on the decline ( clearly)  SB Hangover ?

Browns  5-11    could be a nice ATS dog

Texans 12-4      need to put it all together

Colts 8-8           take a step back

Titans  6-10      not sure what to do wtih the Titans

Jaguars 1-15     worst by far

Broncos 13-3     Can Manning stay healthy again ???

Chargers 9-7     one fo the best fade in sports

Chiefs 7-9         Love the New Coaching Staff

Raiders  5-11       nice to get rid of Palmer

What a surprise, everyone puts the Jets last

earthWake, I went so many years watching Miami kick our behind. It's now New England that can't help but make the Jets fans miserable.

Absolutxedge22, I liked Detroit last year but they didn't respond well to the spotlight. It's like teams didn't take the Lions for granted and got up to play them every week. This year the pressures off and add in Chicago and Minnesota will take a step back.

Giants 9-7   Division is brutal , flip a coin , but I have the G-men a slight fav...That being said would not bet on it ..

Cowboys 8-8    Never gonna win with Romo in Dec/ Playoffs

Eagles   7-9    Looking forward to seeing what Chip Kelly's system can do .

Redskins  6-10   get ready to see Cousins play 8+ games...if this season win total is 9 or more it will be my Biggest UNDER futures of the year  

Packers 11-5    love the Eddie Lacey pick

Bears 9-7    What happens to them in the 2nd half ??? last 2 years they have crashed and burned

Vikings 8-8  Can AD take another pounding ???  will need Ponder to take a big step forward

Lions  6-10    What happened to last seasons sleeper ??

Falcons 11-5    Can Matt Ryan get them into the NFC Championship ?

Saints  8-8     will they turn it right side up ?

Buccs 8-8   Secondary should be top notch ...Schiano has some nice tools to work with

Panthers 4-12    Cam was much better with the pressure off

Seahawks 12-4   Love rooting for Beast mode ...

49ers 12-4    Delani walker was a huge blocking force in the running game ...

Rams 7-9    Vet WR's gone , can Tavon be a playmaker from day 1 ???

Cardinals 4-12    Palmer should throw 20+ Ints if healthy

I have a much different perspective.  Everyone seems to think the standings will fall exactly according to talent.  Talent doesn't always win, if it did the Patriots would have won the Super Bowl last year.  My predictions, as of today:

AFC East - Pats, Bills, Dolphins, Jets (0-16 perhaps?)
AFC North - Ravens, Bungles, Browns, Steelers
AFC South - Texans, Titans, Colts, Jags
AFC West - Broncos (15-1, best team by far), Chiefs, Chargers, Raiders

NFC East - Giants, Cowgirls, Eagles, Skins
NFC North - Bears, Lions, Packers, Vikings
NFC South - Saints, Panthers, Falcons, Bucs
NFC West - 49ers, Rams, Seahawks, Cards

packers 3rd in the North .... you are going out on a Limb forsure

I see a lot of the same picks and most I'm not surprised about. Tough to call who will finish last in the AFC east the bills or jets. The two picks I'm really surprised about are Baltimore and Washington. Baltimore.............really there's no way that team finishes that bad and I know in the past we could always count on Washington having a flop but even if cousins plays they still finish 500 or better. Here are my division winners and losers.

AFC EAST pats 11-5, dolphins 9-7, bills 4-12, jets 3-13

AFC NORTH cinncy 11-5, ravens 10-6, steelers 10-6, browns 7-9

AFC SOUTH Houston 11-5, titans 9-7, colts 8-8, jags 3-13

AFC WEST Denver 14-2, chiefs 8-8, chargers 8-8, Oakland 5-11

NFC EAST Giants 10-6, skins 10-6, cowboys 8-8, philly 6-10 (the very thought of them going 11-5 is insane)

NFC NORTH (the toughest division) vikes 11-5, packers 10-6, lions 8-8, bears 7-9

NFC SOUTH falcons 12-4, bucs 10-6, saints 8-8, panthers 6-10

NFC WEST 9ers 11-5, seahawks 10-6, rams 7-9, Arizona 4-12
