Hey, just started betting a few years back and am starting to roll a bit.
I was fortunate enough to go 11/11 a few weeks ago and cash a pickem parlay. I will usually play a $10 parlay ticket with a pickem, almost cashed one in week 7 as well, but lost on the sunday nighter.
Anyway I have been thinking about a system regarding O/U and teasers. Generally my book is +/- 7 pts vs the total. Can anyone tell me if there is any week this year or in previous years where the total for each game was within the +/- 7 point range of the total?
For example, in week 7, I have it so that 12/13 games were within 7 points of the total. Week 9 i have it at 9-3-2, and Week 10-3-1.
Payout at my book is 1.27 for the major teases, and 1.27 exponent 14 is a payout of around 28 x wager. Meaning if a $100 per week play hit once per year, you're profiting $1000 a year.
