I could only get +14 but I'll take a push!

Wish I had teased the SD/NO game. Would have won 1U instead of losing 2 on the un/SD +4

There's no such thing as magic; other than Johnson and/or Orlando.

Bol with this teaser Herb. Just curious however as to why you started with a bankroll of 4 dimes when you're betting $50 a two-tm teaser? I mean did you have to start with such a big roll when you appear to be betting so small?

Hey Pinballwiz,

I actually bet a ton of sports and personally put $4k into each season (with some exception). 1% of $4k is $40 so $50 is a bit more than one percent. So that's not really small.

I'm a high volume player. I like to set up machines for all of the sports to expand my betting propositions year round.

Honestly, people take NFL too seriously. I usually come through about 30% up each NFL season. For me that may not seem like a lot, but consider that I'll do about the same simultaneously in MLB, Canadian Football, WNBA and NCAAF. It adds up more than (or at least the same) as folks who are going large in just one sport.

This week, my models seem to like MIA -3.5 and PHI -4 the best. Maybe you guys can concoct something better, but in my gut; those two plays aren't really worth a ton. I'll likely lay 1% on each and more likely not even watch the games.

Also, Pinball:

Betting a favorite on Marquee Thursday just doesn't get you real far. I feel that Tennessee on the spread is really the sharp play, but my maths give this game a 27-17 projection.

The Steelers are awesome on third down and the Titans rank in the bottom 5 in nearly every aspect of defense. It is just hard to see them winning. I don't like the spread though against a "bad" team with points at home. The public doubts them just like me so they might play like a wounded animal backed into a corner and keep it close, but they'll need to show us some things they haven't thusfar to pull the win here.

That was rough losing the Pitt bet to a botched field goal. I still feel I called that one right. Steelers were dropping like flies and they came back from a deficit caused by a red zone turnover freebie. If any of you saw the look on Big Ben's face, that's sorta how I was.

Have to win twice to get paid once?  Ah, no.  Not your best option.

Nope, having to win TWICE to get paid once is just dumb!  Vegas casinos are built tall for a reason -too many losers and trying to do what you're doing will not work in the long run.  And as you said, "SHOVE IT."
