They have a great defense... they have 2 RB's... they are working with a 3rd string QB who I don't think is HORRIBLE and I really like their chances!
Who's with me?

I actually played Houston and SF to win the Superbowl. I just think Houston will have an easier trip there as they won't have to face the likes of the Packers, The Saints, or any of those Dangerous teams who haven't qualified yet. The Saints are a favorite I would definately consider to take it all this year. I always hear defense wins championships and I see that the Texans are top 5 in the league for Total Yards against and have a great tandem at RB plus an easier Road to the superbowl with the exception of New England. I like my chances here!

I am with you man but I agree with a previuos post that this is a good bet at the start of next season. They will be a VERY strong contender. I am not wagering on it but as a Texans fan I will be pulling for you. BOL.

Thanks for the love Makaveli1.... I do see this is a good play. I know QB is an important position but I don't see Yates as a positive nor a negative at that position right now which is actually a good thing. Mainly cause there are 11 players on the field for offense and 11 players on the field for defense. You can't write a team off cause of one player who isn't a star. The only guarantee of players out for the rest of the regular season are their QB's. I beleive other parts of the team will get healthy in time for the playoffs for them to compete for the superbowl... they definately have an easier road there than any team in the NFC...all we can do is wait and see.

Andre Johnson should be back in a couple of weeks for the playoffs and this will take much of the pressure off of Yates just by the coverage Johnson gets alone. He doesn't even need to throw to AJ. I am liking this as a long shot bet more and more. BOL.

Maybe (probably) but this is one of those long shot bets that some may warrant a small wager on. Shit happens in the NFL. I wouldn't bet the house on GB. Not comparing Hou and GB but the odds aren't the same either.
