If you knew that you were going to eliminate all sexually suggestive content for the avatars...wouldn't you have already had the approval process in place?

I'm sorry Covers, I love you guys, but this was a dropped ball indeed

Need to upload my old avatar. Is there a date set for when everyone can do this?

Nope.  We have to wait for the new avatar approval process to be built.

I don't recall ever saying a few days, but thanks for pointing it out.  Trust me folks...I wish this was available on termination day but it's entirely out of my hands.

There are no custom avatars currently being used on our site.  If you are seeing some users with custom avatars it is a cookie issue and pressing Ctrl F5 should get rid of them for you.

Give em time.  They have to get approval from all their advertisers on the process since they run the site.  It's time for everyone to realize the money/advertisers are more important than the users/user experience.
Still laughing at seeing bath and body works advertising on covers.  I might be too high right now but I'm beginning to wonder if the advertisers are as dumb as the CT is.  I must be the only one that isn't looking for a buy one scented lotion get two free advertisement on a gambling website.
 To everyone

What the hell, hammer?  The Covers-Team is a team of forum moderators, we have no say on what goes on in the marketing department.

The attitude was not necessary.

Thanks

You don't recall? Check out the penalty box forum...username is MoneySRH.....and then check out post 22. November 5th you or someone under Covers-Team said you won't even notice a difference around here in a couple days.

If one of us at CT did say that I do apologise on their behalf. But like I said it is entirely out of our hands...all we are being told is the same as you guys...'asap'.

Please bear with us.

Thanks

I am in IT, and programmers always think stuff can be coded in a "couple days" but it always takes ten times as long.  So I would guess it will be done around the end of this month.
