#4 Posted: 10/9/2012 4:27:00 PM Basically you are betting on the fact that Bogut and Curry stay healthy. Those two play a combined 125+ games or so and you have a pretty good shot. They combine for under 125 and it is gonna be very hard to hit that number IMO

#5 Posted: 10/9/2012 4:56:08 PM Curry couldn't guard a parking space any guard over 180 pounds will take advantage of him so if you're banking on him carrying them best of luck |

#8 Posted: 10/9/2012 8:43:32 PM They were on pace to go 28-54 last year with Biedrens and Nate starting for most of the season.
Id say Jack and Landry (move Lee to Center) will be an upgrade so they should still be
competitive if there is an injury to Curry and Bogut.
If they get
injured early in the season, then it will be difficult to clear 35 wins but if it happens
at the mid way point and they have a record above .500, they should be
fine.

IMO I'd take the UNDER. I get this feeling they're good to go somewhere from 28-36 wins this season even with the better looking lineup from last season. |

#12 Posted: 10/10/2012 12:18:03 AM I think the Warriors have a coach/style/players mismatch. Jackson is obsessed with playing well defensively, and his roster is equipped to do the opposite. Durability is a major problem for them. Everything would have to go right for the Warriors to finish .500, and how often does everything go right for a team? One injury probably clinches the under. |

#14 Posted: 10/10/2012 2:21:30 PM as a long time warriors fan too, i never expect them to win more than 35 games. a breakout season for them would be .500. that's what i'm hoping for. but betting it? i agree with what others have written. bet against bogut and curry's health. |

#17 Posted: 10/30/2012 5:19:17 PM I think if you look at that Division almost every team got better. Clippers a whole year to gel with CP3 leading the way, Lakers (Dwight Howard addition), Sacramento (Experience playing together and with addition of solid depth). Except for I don't know how the new look Suns will fare. That is why I think that number isn't too appealing. Warriors will need time to play with the new pieces and when you add in the injury prone stars, that is a lot of wins to get to. |

#21 Posted: 12/10/2012 1:22:29 AM Hope you bet a bomb on this its easy $ - Personally I have a few units on the same play - Wish I did more.
23 wins required which works out to be approx 37% winning percentage for the rest of the year

#24 Posted: 12/10/2012 4:29:18 PM Yeah this thing is going to sail over the total, I thought without Bogut they'd be lost for sure but they have played some really great team ball so far.
Good bet sir
