Aaron Rodgers & Co. should be able to build a early lead for the Cheese-Heads tonight by half-time when McCarthy pulls the plug on the 1st team… Then its a matter of what can the 2nd and 3rd's do? I feel the Pack have a signifcant advantage here… The Raiders QB situation is mediocre at best with Schaub, with Carr (Questionable) the drop off to McGloin far exceeds that off Rodgers to Flynn and/or Tolzien.. I think GB has no trouble winning by double-digits tonight..

BTW I would remiss if I didn't acknowledge that we're on Page 500! Thanks to all the great men and women who have made this the #1 thread on Covers for 3+ years running! I salute each and every one of you. The 4 things I most proud of about the 25 Dime Club is in order, the camaraderie, the invaluable information, the longevity of this thread and the fact that unlike other threads that descend into pi**ing contest. We have never had that problem. Give yourselves a hand! Onefor each 100 pages.

Easy money up for grabs tonight when the Braves take on the Reds.. Cinny can't seem to even beat themselves as of late (losers of 9 of last 10), as their opposition has been handling that for them with ease.. To make matters worse, Atlanta (8-2 in last 10) will have Santana on the rubber along with his 8-1 3.12 ERA in last 10 Starts… On the flip side, RH Leake (2-4 4.18 ERA in last 8Starts) will try to contain the Braves bats that are averaging nearly 5.5 runs per the last 10… Given the fact that Leake has allowed 178 hits thus far this year, worst in the NL, I don't see that happening….

As Baseball enters the home stretch one tried and true method of betting these games late is to look for teams that will mostly be mailing it in. Also look for teams that will relish the spoiler roll. Let's start with the teams that I feel will mailing it in.
MAILERS
Colorado- It's depressing times in Rockie land as they have suffered major injuries to stars and a dark cloud has covered the Franchise
Arizona- Kirk Gibson knows he's pretty much gone especially with LaRussa hanging in the wings. They have lost their direction.
Chicago White Sox- They have already started their losing streak which now stands at 6. Many more losses coming their way.
Houston-They were winning there for a minute but now I'm expecting the losing to start in bunches
Texas-Injuries have depleted this once great Franchise and despite Ron Washington's ability full on depression is about to settle in and the losses will mount
Cincinnati- This is a surprise but the Reds were expected to contend and now that they have fallen out of contention for the Division it's going to get ugly quick. They still have an outside chance for a Wild Card spot but I don't think they have it in them to compete for that.
Spoilers
San Diego- The Padres relish the spoiler roll and this year will be no different. Look for the Padres to play the contenders tough and win more than there fair share down the stretch
Minnesota- The Twins are competitors and will continue to compete down the stretch. Look for them to pull of many upsets especially against Central Leaders K.C. and Detroit.
Chicago Cubs- This is a definite surprise but I don't know if you have been paying attention. The Cubs have quietly built an impressive pitching rotation that is only going to get better. They will be winning down the stretch and setting the stage for next year. This team is just a couple of players away from being the Oakland A's of the National League.
New York Mets- The future looks bright for the Mets and appears the players are motivated to finish strong. Look for the Mets to spoil some postseason plans for a few teams.
