Long Beach State is currently only -175 because Larry anderson is doubtful.

There is no reason to be scared of LBSU without anderson.

First game this season was played @UCSB the score was 71-48 Long Beach St. Larry anderson had 19 points... yes thats alot but by the score I think we can assume this was a bad loss for UCSB. Not to mention this was on their home court.

Second game Long Beach was home and beat UCSB by a score of 70-58 where Larry anderson shot 3-10 and had 7 points.

Now Tonight they are in anaheim. Not sure what kind of crowd is anticipated, would love to know if anyone knows. But what I am trying to show is it is obvious that LBSU is the better team. They have won comfortably at home and the road.

I think the loss of Larry anderson is over valued to the point Vegas is giving great Value on LBSU.

and as always, it doesnt hurt to put your money in the hands of Casper Ware.

i love Long Beach tonight and will be making a play on them -3.5. . the same thing happened last year though: they beat down UCSB twice in the reg season by about 20 pts and then UCSB beat them in this game. I hope they learned from that last year and get the easy win

I agree w/ you that I think the Beach will find a way to win, but you're missing a key point here. Larry Anderson won Big West Player of the Year, and his defensive efforts will be what are missed. He's got great height for a guard (6'5"), and he's being replaced by 6'0" freshman Mike Ennis. UCSB is the #34 most efficient 3pt shooting team in the country already, and they shoot a bunch of threes, and the fact that Anderson is out is going to make them all the more dangerous.

Rebounds can be a problem as well I like long beach state but without Anderson it will only be a lite bet.
