I generally prefer restaurants that have chefs and menus, not corporate mandated concoctions thrown together in mass by anyone that can read a recipe card.

the mesh in indianapolis is very good restraunt 
great food and better atmosphere

Berns Steakhouse in Tampa.

Union Oyster House in Boston.

Ruths Chris anywhere.

O's Steaks and Seafood here locally in Laconia.

My first high-end steakhouse was Ruths Chris, and that was the only time I've ever gone.  I still think it's at the top of the list of my favorite restaurants.
