Patriots -10.5 under 49.5
Too cold for the fish to be swimming upstream. Brady & Co. begin tune-up for Super Bowl run, right Skip Bayless?? Fish normally do well ats after playing the Bills, unfortunatly for Miami, the Pats are extremely tough to beat in their final home game.

#6 Posted: 12/28/2012 4:32:43 PM Miami seems like the better team to teaser. I remember last year's matchup between these two. Miami was shutting them out in the first half but then NE showed I think for the 2nd. I believe they won that game in the end.. |

#8 Posted: 12/29/2012 1:37:54 PM This game would normally call for a Miami play. But since NE lost to the 49ers and then played unfocused last week in Jax, makes it hard to take the 10.5 points (although the line is begging for Miami money).
New England is getting ready for the playoffs. They need to be crisp. This is a game where they come together.
New England or no action imo.

#11 Posted: 12/29/2012 9:40:25 PM I have no idea what you guys who are taking Miami are smoking... and granted I am new to posting on this forum... but I have done pretty well on NE this year.
You have a bunch of Florida boys traveling north to play a late game in what will be a -10 wind chill game. You have many of Miami's top players like Bush, Hartline, Sean Smith, Long etc... heading into free agency and can't wait to get out of Miami. They have absolutely nothing to play for except to insure they don't get injured.
You have NE taking a 5-0-1 ATS record in their last home game of the year record coming in... coming off a flat performance that led to Brady giving a rousing screaming speech to the locker room.
QB and WR's didn't take a day off last week and were back in camp day after game working on this week. Pats are playing for home field while Miami has their bags packed for home.
This is the GOY for anyone who cares to make money this week. Over at the half. |

#12 Posted: 12/29/2012 10:31:43 PM Gronk's back, homefield on the line, Belichick in the homefield battle, game is in Foxborough, Brady needs a tune up after last week's near disaster.......
Sorry Big Daddy - all the signs point to some "Dolphin Sushi".....
Pats minus the 10

#14 Posted: 12/30/2012 2:46:56 AM 2nd time playing a team and at home means trouble for Miami Given its cold, and Pats are suited to play in the cold means Miami secondary will have a hard time keeping up with Brady's passes.
NE -10+

#15 Posted: 12/30/2012 8:31:54 AM MIA +10 all day long. MIA homer here, but NE has some problems n defense which allows an inconsistent MIA offense hang around. Plus these two teams know each other and MIA will have just enough to cover but still lose in foxborough |
