Heard this from a buddy that goes there about 3 times a year...said something about them reimbursing you half of your loses, and the other half 13 months later. So after 13 months, you come back and get your other half. Sounds like a great deal to me! Now I'm not sure on the details...I'm guessing it would count on slots, maybe blackjack and other table games? And I would say the sportsbook doesn't apply to this offer. 

Has anyone heard anything about casinos doing this lately? Any rules or other input?

Yeah, it looks like they are reimbursing up to $1,000.00.  They will give you back what you lose the day you sign up (up to $500.00) in bonus slot play, then they give you the rest in bonus slot play three days after the next month in which you initially played, that free play is valid for one year.  I know Tropicana was doing or is doing a similar promotion.
