Prospect Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 334 Location: Florida	#3 Posted: 4/2/2012 1:18:51 AM every once an a while the site is unavailable but for the most part they pay and on time i only do western union payouts though they also have reload bonuses which is good only f you never cash out becasue you have to wait a month to receive another bonus.
