This is where I had the problem also.  The bank wire.  If you check my earlier posts I requested a $4K wire myself and had to wait almost 2 full months, even longer than the allowed "time period", to be told that the wire didn't go thru and they then put the funds BACK into my account.  

Then I had to start withdrawing my money via western union and mg which I could have done in the first place had i wanted to spend the money and they had the audacity to charge me for the withdrawals even after I waited 2 full months for the wire. 

If it feels like they're giving you the run around it's because THEY ARE.  It sucks but they gave me different excuse after excuse and I def had the same feeling even got conflicting information from different "reps".  Talk to Mac in payout dept. but he will give you run around also.  

Eventually they'll put it in your account though if you don't get the wire so don't freak out.  It sucks but you can still get your $ if the wire doesn't come thru.  In my opinion though they could do better at foreseeing these problems and/or taking care of them in a more reasonable amount of time.  I literally waited 2 months to pull my money out via Western Union at 10% practically and that sucks and it's the truth.

i use sbg have been for 8 months they gave me the run around for 6 months because i deposited with a  debitcard they told me show id pics of card i beat them 3 months straight they hate to pay when you use other deposit methods than cash continue to harass them and talk to every manager you can its only so long they can wait try sbortsbookreview blog on there they are known for getting results hit me if u need more information howevver i can help

I never got my bank wire but they put the funds back into my account and I had to withdraw them via Western Union.  They offered to retry the wire but no way was I going to do that after waiting 2 months and getting the run around only to have funds put back into my sbg account.
