You don't have to affirm or deny charges to be let out on bail...

True.
I have to say, though, as much as we would like to have people admit to their failings in this matter, there are serious legal consequences, both criminal and civil, for doing so.
I also really think, and maybe it is from hanging with KOAJ too long , that this is only the tip of the iceberg. The original DA who investigated completely disappeared and someone went through his computer. There are also rumors of pimping children out.  |

I saw the blog or article about the possible pinping out of some of the kids...
I agree this is going to be really ugly if and when all of the facts come out...
