#1 Posted: 1/6/2010 11:42:09 PM Headed out to Vegas March 17th thru 22nd. Anyone know of any cheap deals close to the Paris or hookups? I'm a teacher and need just a place to lay my head. I did Excalibur last year, but walking to and from the Paris drunk was too much for me |

#4 Posted: 1/7/2010 4:09:02 PM I was looking to head out in Feb or March: Expedia had some GREAT deals. From Boston, with hotel and flight, I found 550-600 dollar deals everywhere at decent hotels. That was for Sun-Friday ( depart on Fri). Although, the weekend prices will add a couple hundred to your price.

#5 Posted: 1/7/2010 5:49:35 PM Check out the Imperial Palace which is close by. My friend, who hates to spend money out of his bank roll he's taking, booked a room for us there at $45 a night. Never stayed there though, so can't give a review. |

#6 Posted: 1/7/2010 5:52:21 PM Imperial is a great place for tables - the rooms are medicore, nothing special - but definitely your older joint in town.

#7 Posted: 1/7/2010 6:35:17 PM ...if you're trying to impress a woman, the Imperial isn't it...but if you're looking for cheap, central on the strip, bed sheets and a working shower, it'll do (stayed twice)...don't be wasting bankroll on a room you'll rarely see! ...sportsbook is straight out of the 70's though, if you can call it a sportsbook... |

#8 Posted: 1/7/2010 6:57:58 PM If you're just looking at a place to lay your head, try Casino Royale. Under $100 on the night, and on the Strip, close to Harrah's and Flamingo, across street from Caesars Palace.
Rooms are okay, better than Imperial Palace. |

#9 Posted: 1/7/2010 7:14:38 PM Ok it's one Imperial Palace with direct flight two and from charlotte for $450 a person. Can't complain. We all hang out at the Paris in the theatre to watch the games. So the important thing was to be close to there, which we are.
I slept 7 hours in 4 nights last time so it won't matter where I lay my head.
Hangover 2 starts Saint Patty's Day at 8PM when I land |
