I am sure I will be looking at some less than desirable areas, will you help me pick the best of the worst so to speak?
It seems there are a lot of low level/price houses just north of Downtown, I have found Downtown a little scary the last 7 years or so, I imagine this area is pretty shady?

#14 Posted: 7/21/2012 2:49:16 AM 15 minutes from Mandalay Bay into Henderson would be my starting point....as for action...you have the "hub" for Cantor Gaming at The M (and, for the most part, the entire area adjacent to The M was built after 2005).....
You can go further West on Tropicana and find many new developments...houses and condos....that are underwater...and that's also just a short ride to LV Blvd.... |

The dealers there deal way too deep in 2 handed BJ. Have been very good to me (and I have been a little lucky for sure)
We have an agent and a room will be there in a month to look and purchase.
