Ball St +4.5 - Don't let the last time these two teams scare you, Ball State is the better team and is getting points. This formula produces more winners than losers and shouldn't be different this time. I actually think Ball St wins straight up.

Toledo -2.5 - There are bad teams and then there are really bad teams and Miami fits into the latter category. Give the bucket and a half and feel good knowing they haven't even reached the double digit mark in victories.

Northern Illinois +8.5 - Even though they are a horrific team they always play it close to E Michigan. Less than 2 weeks ago on E Mich's home court they only lost by 3, so take your points and your money to the bank after the game.

Gonzaga +2.5 - This should be a good game with the Zags pulling it out in the end. St. Mary's beat them the first time, but so did BYU and then they went on to beat them twice. I think the same scenario unfolds here as Gonzaga has a head coach that knows how to get ready for the big dance.

Fire it up on them fellows and I think you can get out the broom on these picks as I'm smelling a sweep.

Absolutely not looking for a brawl, so don't take this the wrong way.

I'm just trying to figure out why you say Ball State is better than Western Michigan.

I would say Ball St is playing a better than WMU right now.
As for NIU, it's a real risk backing them at EMU. Game could get away form them real easy

I guess that's open for debate, but I'm really just going by the fact that Ball St has been playing slightly better lately and has a better overall record.

Adding:

Drexel +2.5 and I'm going large on this one. I think Drexel wins the game without the points.
