#26 Posted: 1/30/2012 4:05:49 PM I bet wth a local. When I come into the OTB/bar to settle/pay he always buys my first drink. You don't tip bookies they would let you lay 20 when the line is 2. Never lie to the bookie but he'll bust you if he figures you'll pay. |

#30 Posted: 1/31/2012 12:12:50 AM I wouldn't tip ... But i don't think it's a crazy question.
I'd say most people tip a middle man if they have a real good week. |

#31 Posted: 1/31/2012 12:18:12 AM Does George Bush get along with Saddam Hussein? Are lions and hyenas friends and share kills? Does a brown bear let a salmon swim upstream freely to spawn? Does that answer your rhetorical question?
You ---------------> <-------------the bookie, in an ideal situation |

#35 Posted: 1/31/2012 5:08:39 PM never tip anyone
during the recession, most vegas employees all act like jerks... no hospitality even if ur a high roller.
only tip if someone goes beyond their duties! like if a bookie gives you +3 pats at even money for the superbowl |
