#1 Posted: 7/4/2012 3:02:44 PM HUGE! I already have him +2500 e/w pre tourney.
Think 2009. Think Queens'. Think Murray destroying Roddick. A few weeks later Murray -200. Huge expectation.Murray doesn't show up as expectations too much..Roddick in 4.
This is history almost repeating itself. Tsonga on grass EVERYTIME against Murray. No pressure. He is aggressive and will play with more freedom. Murray will revert to type and play defensive. Against a free, hard hitting aggressive player that is a recipe for disaster.
Murray will never win this tourney and will always struggle against natural grass courters under this pressure. +175 is a gift. take it...
Thinking of taking care bear for -150 in the other semi. The problem is I trust neither..

#2 Posted: 7/4/2012 3:08:27 PM Careful .....I see Lots of People expecting Murray to lose to Tsonga under pressure
not many I see are jumping on Murray I think the Stage is set for Murray to tell you the truth
lots are expecting him to fold under pressure?
I think this is hit time ..........
I will hedge a little with Tsonga because of my 5 unit future at +1000 on Murray, but I think Murray is gonna beat Tsonga
Plus 5-1 overall record against Tsonga, Ive always thought Tsonga relies on hit athletic ability to much.........Murray will expose tsonga

Tsonga has no coach
People are really expecting Murray to fold under pressure like years past......I think Murray is ready for this

#6 Posted: 7/4/2012 3:32:47 PM Gavinnick the pressure will come because of the style of matchup. Tsonga gets to the net as quickly and as often as possible. This is how you play grass court Tennis.
Tsonga knows he can't outhit Murray from the baseline. His tactic is simple but effective. Get to the net and force the pressure on Murray. Force him to pass you. If Tsonga serves huge and he normally does, he will put real pressure on Murray's second serve all day long. Chipping and charging. What makes Tsonga different to the Cilic's of this world is that he is a phenomal athlete.
He has the perfect game to spoil Murray's game on grass..

#7 Posted: 7/4/2012 3:39:43 PM looks like a waste of money murray is 5;1 head to head against tsonga beat him 2 times on grass including 2010 wimbledon 4finals win 3;1 (6;7 7:6 6;2 6;2) plus tsonga aint doing particularly well this year if u look closer he dropped a set against clueless grass courter garcia lopez then was early in trouble against fish and today he struggled big time to break kohlschreiber's serve. |

#13 Posted: 7/6/2012 2:00:10 PM Mack, you need to practice a tad bit of humility. Nice plays on Fed and Serena but the ridiculous confidence in Tsonga was a bit overstated, no? |

#18 Posted: 7/15/2012 12:28:40 AM I take the loss. Its tough. HONESTLY I had Fed +450 and Serena +300 and they won BUT I lost all my profits on Tsonga (had him +2500 e/w and +175 semis). I lost on Boxing tonight as well. so made greatc calls but still negative for the last 3 weeks.
I am real. I win most times. I do lose too and it hurts. I am arrogant but thats what makes me as good as I am (search). Overall if u follow me. u win..
haters will always hate...i see their point. but if u tail me u win..

Why bump this now? Looking for new clients? What will you be charging for future plays when you go pro? I don't usually pay for picks but you seem like a winner so if you say to tail you,,,,, |
