* Was going to make a 1U play on the White Sox RL - instead, I will make this a [Big Play] game as I like what I'm seeing from Gavin Floyd's numbers from bounce back starts where he allowed +4ER last year.
Last year, his first start of the season resulted in a Loss giving up 4ER - his next outing, he got the WIN after going for 8 shut out innings -vs- the Rays. This year, sets up a similar situation with Floyd giving up 4ER to the Rangers his first outing of the year. He now faces a Tigers team who's starting 9 combined are .259 batting off of him in their careers. Prince is a new addition, YES, and in 5 plate appearances -vs- Floyd, he has 2 BB's and 1 hit. |

Tigers are a very popular +DOG today - dug the situation Gavin Floyd stepped into to take the small favorite.
Still early this year - I've only had one really great day. Every other day it's like chop/chop on the win/loss column with being up a little bit or being down a little bit.
The both of us will hit our stride soon enough. |

Kinda overshadowed my spot on analysis of Floyd on a bounce back start as he completely shut down the Tigers...
Hoping the Orioles hold on for the win - if so, that'll bring me to only -3.61 units on the day.
