#26 Posted: 6/13/2009 12:59:46 AM Rex is good at talking the talk. Notice the Patriots aren't saying a word. It's all garbage until you do it on the field. |

#30 Posted: 6/14/2009 11:14:32 PM Their pass defense is brutal.
Revis is a great straight up man to man cover guy, but if you watch him try to play any type of zone, you'd think he's never played corner before.
Their defense will be slightly above average.
Can't touch a defense like Pitt or Baltimore

According to the New York Daily News, Jets' safety Kerry Rhodes(notes) expressed the confidence the other day on his Twitter account, writing, "We will be the best defense in the league this year. I feel for the offenses we're gonna face."
He isn't alone. I asked LB Calvin Pace(notes) about Rhodes' statement, and Pace said of the Jets' defense, "I don't think you'll find a better team on paper." He was quick to add that paper doesn't mean anything if the players underachieve, but there's no mistaking the confidence in the locker room.
And Rex Ryan loves it. "I'm excited about that comment," said Ryan, agreeing with Rhodes' assessment. "You know what? I love the fact that he put 'we will,' not, 'I'll be the best safety.'"

is it bad i'm excited for Jets football in June?

why not? smacked their fools at home and they laid down in the 2nd half but for the first 15-20 minutes or so they played hard and did nothing
just need to keep the confidence high and momentum going |

#43 Posted: 1/4/2010 5:53:45 PM IMO the Jets have the best O-line in the game and I hate the Jets (Phins fan). Their D is up there too, but unfortunately Sanchez will lose the game for them in Cincy next week. |

The old I don't want to get my hopes up again
spoken like a true long suffering Jets fan. Congratulations Jets and their fans for a pretty good year with a rookie coach and a rookie QB |

These rose colored glasses are blinding me That's the spirit. I think Baltimore has a good shot against New England, and I don't see how the Bengals are going to be able to score on the Jets, and we'll take it from there.

Jets VS Baltimore sounds sweet
Better than Miami with their fans in shortsleeves or that idiot in New England with his ripped sweatshirts |
