Ill be honest here, the guy pissed me off, He has no idea not a clue of who I am, what I do, He gave his very strange opinion on how I let go of a cook, I gave the said cook almost a year to clean up his act and he didnt, this douchebag dude also for some strange set of beleifs of what the working man is entitled to.

I did, this went from telling a story of how taking some bets for fun turned into a mess and then I get jumped by some hasbeen still living in daddys house with his mouth still on mommys apron strings telling me I should have handled an employee differently than I did.

I dont remember ever asking for any advise on how I should have handled the situation, I dont remember ever asking for advise about anything to be honest with you, I mean, Even his username pisses me off "Dude I told you"
