SD hitting the ball at will scoring 28 the last two games,
Correia for Pitt has given up 16 runs his last 3 games. SD has to come down to earth sometime but I have to believe this is a solid wager given the current conditions. Hot hitting team with a poor pitcher, I'll chance that SD can put up 4 runs to cover the 3.5.

You're right in general about SD....I'm banking on the recent trend to continue, Correia has given up 24 runs the last five and the last three has an era of 11.08.
Maybe the gravy train ended last night and this looks too good to be true but this just begs to be hit. I was expecting the team total to be four which means five would have been needed for a win. I'll take the 3.5 and hope I don't need more than four innings. |
