Hopefully yesterday was a start of a winning day streak for me. I know I want this one for tomorrow so I'm locking it in now as I think it will rise.

KC Royals ML -140

Shields vs Sale part 2. First game ended 1-0 in the season opener. Based on the first series and yesterdays game we know these are going to be relatively low scoring so you can look at the under too, but KC is batting much better now than they did in that first series. Just a ton of intangibles in this one. KC has the momentum after a comeback win in the 9th and extras. KC owns the White Sox winning 8 of the last 9 at home and 12 of 16 overall. Also KC has immediate revenge against Sale. I think they are desperate to provide run support for James and I think they get it here and Shields pitches like an ace. I see a 5-1 type game here.

I will probably be on Atlanta too, but need to look into it more before I pull the trigger.

KC Royals ML -145

With KCsFinest on this one.  Love the Sale fade here vs a hot Royals lineup.  They hit lefties very well and have been getting more pop at home of late.  Chicago not good on the road with a .660ops and .638ops in day games this year.  KC on the other side of that stat hitting the day games very well.  Go Royals!

Adding:

ARI Diamondbacks ML -107

I like Cahill in this spot with very good splits at Dodger stadium.  Dodgers struggle to hit at home.  Capuano is liability coming off the DL when his only other start this year did not go well.

Over 7 MIA Marlins - SD Padres -110

Both teams actually have hot lineups right now.  Cashner can get wild and I have a feeling he will allow a few runs of his own.   Too much juice for me to risk on a Padres ML, but I like the low total and a 3-3 tie game will be auto push as well.  I'll take the Over 7 runs.

Hi handicappers,   Have a thought tell me what you guys think!  Yesterday after the Phillies game and Doc got rocked I got some input from  Ashy and Tizzy that if I would have had known  before the game I probably would not have played it.  Now I know we can’t have all the handicappers put input on all the games that are picked.  So my thought is why don’t we have a group pick it can be one game a day or just do one a week.  Someone pick a game and everyone that wants to can give input on that game.

I know that sometimes we all will not agree on a game but I think if we all use are strengths together on a game or two a week it might help out are bottom line.

I don't agree that all of the input towards your pick yesterday was useful.  If we are comrades, would you watch your fellow soldier walk in to a trap?  Commenting after a pick demonstrates a lack of belief in your leans or a lack of respect for the team.

If we learned something from the pick that we could use moving forward, then we should discuss.  We should actually discuss every pick after it's conclusion.

I saw both teams struggling vs Lefties.  But I was scared of a 6 total with SF at home averaging 4.5 runs per game and 6.1 runs per game over last 6.  Usually what happens when two aces face off is one of them has a few blips. Phillies could be a live dog here coming off the poor series vs Miami.  No play for me.

Phillies and Marlins both played an East Coast game yesterday and are now on the West Coast.  It will make a difference starting these games after 10:00 PM EST.  There was also RLM on the total in San Diego, with a high public % on the Over.

agreed matt! analyzing your losses is far more important than discussing your wins in my opinion..not just getting frustrated that you lost money, but really analyzing it and discussing what you could do to avoid same scneario in future..
another thing.. lines matter.. the way their set and how they move, it's all on public perception.. if a line is set really low or really high, it's for a reason

side note: royals game is a prime example of why i dig first 5 inning bets.. no bullpens necessary

greengiants 37-48 - 1125$

under 6 SF Giants - PHI Phillies -110

two great pitchers on the mound, philly traveling to west coast and giants playing the late game, seems right for an under bet.

CIN Reds ML -108

Under 7.5 CIN Reds - ATL Braves +106

I believe the reds will be able to put up some runs vs. maholm and that arroyo will have a good game to keep the score under 7.5.

best of luck tonight everyone!

Looks like Pagan is out of the lineup again. I know most people don't care about trends. Phillies have went under in 9 of there last 12 away games. In Lee 6 games the Phillies have scored 15 runs ouch!  Lee did give up 4 earned runs in 6 innings in his last start vs Cleveland.

BOS Redsox -.5 First 5 Innings -140

Under 6 SF Giants - PHI Phillies -115

SF Giants TT Under 3 -105

taking buchholz at home after a tough trip in arlington.. feel boston should be happy to see worley tonight over darvish.. first 5 is kind of what i do now a days..

under 6 here because this is bumgarners year.. maybe cy young year, and his #'s at home lifetime 3.03 era and both pitchers have GREAT LIFETIME #'s vs their opponents.. bum 14ip 3er lifetime.. cliff lee 4-0 2 CG's 1 SHO 43ip 3er 0.68 era lifetime vs SF.. WOW.. why i like the under 3, and pagan is out of lineup for us again, he's our catalyst and without him on bases might not be anyone for pablo and posey to hit in.. i can see this game being 2-1 3-2 max for either team.. i lean giants, but that's because i love the giants.. really this game is a toss up..

good luck to all! and remember.. lets discuss our losses tonight, learn from our mistakes so we can grow, i know i have!

Bigdaddy86  8-12-1 -696

CIN Reds ML -108

I like the Reds coming home where they are 9-2 in last 11 home games and they are playing well right now.

ARI Diamondbacks  ML -107

Diamondbacks are 12-3 last 15 meeting against Dodgers and LA not playing well right now.

Under 6 SF Giants- PHI Phillies -110

Going with the Group pick!!  Two great pitchers going at it.
