I'm not sure if this is happening to anyone else but since Covers has fixed the 'error message' issues I have been having a new problem.

When going into a forum, NFL Betting for example, as soon as the page finishes loading completely, the entire page 'whites out' so to speak.  Meaning it goes entirely blank and of the color white.  A simple refresh brings it back.  On rare occasions it happens again and I have to refresh again but not usually.  Now this has been happening to me quite often, probably 4 out of 5 times when I navigate away from a members' thread and back to the forum topics page.  It also occasionally happens on random other pages here but almost always on ANY forum topics page.

I thought maybe it was my MacBook, but it also occurs on my smart phone and on my friend's MacBook.  This has NEVER happened on any other website except Covers.  

I was hoping I would see another topic here in the Help forum with a similar issue but maybe I am the only one...  It happened when I came here as well.

What browser are you using?  Version?
Are you still located in Pennsylvania?

I know IT will ask me for this information, so I may as well have it for them right from the beginning.

Safari Version 4.1.3  --  It's old, I know.  So is the computer.  But it's not just on my computer...

I'm not in PA at the moment, actually.  I'm in WV and have been here for the duration of this problem.  I didn't realize that could be an issue.

Yeah.  Different locations receive different ads on the page.  Not saying one of the ads is the problem, but it's part of their process of narrowing down the issue.

We have a trouble ticket up with IT on this. They are working on it as we speak...hope to have it all resolved soon.

This is a problem.  And only a MAC/Safari problem.


Somebody reported this earlier in the week that this was occurring frequently from their iPad  -  it's happening all the time from my iPhone.

I'm glad I'm not the only one.  This is very frustrating.  It's exceptionally bad today as well.

Fade - I think I'v figured it out...


We need to update our Safari OS/iPhone OS/iPad OS to 4.3 or higher... what are you running now?


I found out that OS 4.3 or higher with iPhone/iPad you can post on the Covers Main site and not JUST Covers Mobile.


My iPhone is jailbroken with numerous apps and I am a bit lazy to backup and upgrade.


You wanna try giving that a shot? Upgrade to most recent Software.
