Seriously people...it's only the 6th inning...must I remind you guys about the Giants (when they were up 6-0 and when they were down 7-0) and the Angels yesterday?

I mean I took Cleveland too but this game is long from being over.

HK,

I'm surprised you aren't playing totals based on your ratings

bosox over, frisco under both winners

houston/miami over is up next

It's quite simple actually...

The ratings are categorized by color and +/- signs.

The colors tell you how lucky/how much support the pitcher will get from his team. Cool colors (blue, green) mean good things. Warm colors (red orange) are bad.

Now the +/- signs tell you how the pitcher's form will be.

so basically...

cool colors & - signs for both pitchers = OVER

warm colors & + signs for both pitchers = UNDER

and please remember this is going to falter a lot during the season... so bet at your own risk obviously

Totals aren't as dependable as the A+ vs C- pairings for playing the sides.

nbafan explaned the gist of it.

An example pairing like this:

road pitcher B+
home pitcher B+

generally equates to a low-scoring game.

Whereas a pairing of

road pitcher C-
home pitcher C-

equates to a high scoring game.

Today's pairing of

James McDonald (R) B+
Matt Cain (R) B+

worked well for the Under.

Again, totals aren't as dependable so use this as a tool alongside other fundamentals of handicapping.

Also take notice that for both A+ versus C- games thus far the ALT Run Line also cashed.
