Don't let it slide. This guy disrespected you enough to park in your driveway without asking and had the nerve to get mad when you did something about it. Now he wants to be an bigger fool just because you wanted to defend yourself. That's how you have to look at it. He started this garbage by thinking you were some girl that would bow down and was fucked for it. Now he wants to go round 2? You've done nothing wrong and now fool has 2 counts on his behind. CALL THE TOW AND THE COPS! darn this clown.

P.S. The only way this garbage is going to end is if hard head over there knows you arn't someone to darn with. It's pretty obvious he's doing this garbage because he thinks you won't do garbage about it.

Man that move of blocking your driveway is like spitting in your face and grabbing your girlfriends tits right in front of you bro... I would have that garbage towed in a heart beat and maybe even kick that guy. Its bad enough he parked in your driveway but blocking it now?? wtf is that.

PS. I live in a condo with ONE assigned spot per unit and anytime someone takes my spot , I have the tow truck company on speed dial to get that car out of here. some people just have no freakin respect.

You actually had the guy's car towed??
Geezus you really are an fool and a coward as well. Your feeling guilty about what you did in avoiding any confrontation (which is why you posted this obviously).
Grow some balls, and next time try and muster up the courage to kindly ask somebody to move their vehicle or you'll be forced to resort to other means.
King calling police and tow.
Guy's like you just need to be friggin one two'd.
You started the whole mess by not bahaving like a man in round one.
Revenge is a girl aint it?

Your wrong Rickey tow the guy again, the guy is obviously a prick, parked in his driveway 4 times in the last five days without asking. Then he parks in front of the driveway so he can't get out, he's trying to goat you so tow his garbage out of there again!! Rickey would you like it if your neighbor who you don't like parked his car in your driveway without asking? Hell No!!! Why start a fight when that can only get you in trouble. The cops were there yesterday and know about the situation.

rickey..........It's about respect. If some darn parks in my driveway multiple times without asking my permission that's just total disrespect and trespassing. Like hell I'm going to show him any friggin respect and ask him to quit friggin with me. Then if the darn did that garbage AGAIN on purpose that is no different than calling me a girl in front of all my neighbors. That garbage will never fly. guy wants a war I'll give him one.

I'm basing it on Hutche's post uptop which from what I gather is what happened. The first time somebody parks in the driveway wouldn't a simple "hey, would you mind not blocking my driveway? Thanks appreciate it." Apparently it happened again? well if that's the case by all means, tow that mother guy.
Once you've towed the car then of course, you're going to have a first class fool on your hands, and all bets are off.
If I have have the facts in order, couldn't the whole mess have been thwarted by not calling the police and tow truck?
Well it's out of control now and he's testing ya, so by all means,- go kick the ever loving garbage oughta the guy.

Now that the matter is in the SECOND stage which could have been avoided imo in the first place probably, I would set my alarm for 5am. The exact moment his piece of garbage car lands at the end of my driveway I hit the speed dial button on "tow company".
Guy's definitely a douchebag but the bed was made and now you have to sleep in it.

Rickey has a point. Confront the douche and if he doesn't listen then tow his car.

Also, I'm glad Rickey got a new keyboard because that other way of typing was starting to irritate me.

I just did another lap of the house, looks like my recycling bin got knocked over last night. I have garbage all over my side lawn.

I'm not saying I know it was Mr. Jerk Off, because it could have been a dog or person....but I'm very suspisious since this is the first time it's ever happened and I've had this bin for about 8 months.

I'm going to let it slide. I don't wanna stir garbage up.

You don't want to stir garbage up?  You ALLEDGEDLY towed your neighbor's car without even giving him a "heads up."  Now you're going the box route cuz you're afraid of stirring things up?

You sir, are a liar.

I didn't need to go anywhere, and I think things are already kinda tense between us. That's why I didn't go out and say anything.

Call me a box if you want, but you don't have to live next to this guy....I DO!

So you stare this guy right in the face and have his car towed as he watches (so says your story above), yet now you don't want to stir things up because you have to live next to him?

If you're on vacation, you should go somewhere.  Probably more fun then sitting at home and making up stories.

You are on vacation, but yet you keep refering to this situation as your home.

I read this whole thread and I feel that much more stupid.

T-King, you've gotta few loop holes in your drama series here, but I think UPN would buy it, since Buffy the Vampire Slayer was cancelled.

fartnsniff - When you vacation do you refer to the place you are staying at your home?
