I think it was a pretty good start, but the story still has to evolve. I liked when they passed Wrigley field and it looked like a jungle. |

I didn't like the coincidence. The brother of the girl just happened to end up in the farmhouse of a woman who is communicating with..who...the hero? The villain? The General? I might have to watch that again...I might've missed something...
That was the only thing that felt forced.
There were interesting little touches. The step mom who had the booze and the "secret ingredient" in the bottle. Of course they'd need to do something like that...

#3 Posted: 9/19/2012 1:32:32 PM Watched the pilot episode last night, kinda surprised me jumping into the whole "no power no anything" storyline as early as they did, then again it is what the show is about though.
So what was going on at the end? Monroe's guy re-captures Danny?? The girl who was hiding him seemed to be using that same medallion thing with the zip drive in it that Miles' brother told his friend to hide and protect with his life almost immediately before Monroe's goons shot him down.
If the entire grid and all machines with it went down, which it did, then how the hell is ANY communication able to take place, unless it was all planned which I'm sure it was. How did she get ahold of that medallion unless Danny gave it to her before he was caught?? |

#7 Posted: 10/17/2012 6:09:10 PM Anyone watching this?? Really have gotten sucked into this show, to be honest it's probably my 2nd favorite show on TV right now.
Can't wait til there's an entire episode devoted to what happened immediately after the blackout (weeks/months)
Charlie is annoying as hell though, chick needs to grow a pair and shut the hell up. Neville is about as intense as it gets. |

#8 Posted: 10/17/2012 7:56:07 PM I will give anything a try from JJ, was a big fan of Lost and gave Alcatraz a chance. Hoping this one will keep going and be good.

#9 Posted: 10/18/2012 1:54:06 PM It sucks, some good characters, but that Charlie girl is just plain annoying. She is failed cast if there ever was one. |

#13 Posted: 10/20/2012 3:47:00 PM Isn't Charlie supposed to be annoying though? Would that mean she's doing a good job?
I do like her eyes.
