I'm a Geelong man but don't let that put you off never bet your own side when it comes to gambling as the heart usually gets in the way. I been holding back for a while until recent weeks. Today they take on Sydney in a match that has enormous implications to both sides situations. Sydney win and they play a home final next week...they lose and they will be traveling to either Adelaide or the MCG. Geelong win and they also play a home final but a loss will most likely mean a trip to Perth in week 1 of the finals. Take Geelong -7.5 points and bet it big! They will produce some of the finest footy to win this game between 5-7 goals. They have been holding back for a couple of weeks now and for good reason, they knew these games would be coming and it's when they play their very best footy. Richards will struggle on Hawkins as I see Hawkins kicking 5 or 6 goals and Podsiadly is starting to find his form and he'll also cause issues. I rate the Swans highly but I think many will be surprised (apart from Cat supporters) by how different we look today as opposed to the previous couple of weeks when there was basically nothing to play as top 4 was always missed and a top 8 finish was secured. Vardy is back for his first game of the year, he's a very athletic big man who has has the ability to play as a key forward but is also a very accomplished ruckman.
