Total was 2-1 under this number during their regular season meetings. Despite a lot of weapons on the floor on both sides, this is still two of the best defensive teams in the league & I would expect the defensive intensity to kick up a few notches here. Finals atmosphere, got to love the under.

Sorry mate wasn't around to answer your question. NBL does not have stats like NBA & when it comes to punting, the only stats you can rely on are the ones you keep for yourself. Needless to say I don't keep track of NBL stats.

Gonna be betting overs from now on after watching parts of last night's game. Reminds me of the Breakers/Crocs series....too much firepower on both sides. Hope the books keep the numbers the same

#8 Posted: 4/13/2012 5:30:04 AM That stat was something like first 4 games there went way under the total. Then the townsville series with 2 games flew over. Now this game flew over. Maybe they put in larger hoops? Damn kiwis... |

4-0 sweep baby!!!!!
Cats had no right winning this game, they won the battle on the boards but Breakers shot way better & led for 95% of the match. Wilkinson's own goal tip-in was the kind of luck the cats needed to pull one out from under their behind. What a thriller!!!!!
Anyways glad to have game 3 & will be on the Over 1H again if the number is anywhere less than 85.

#15 Posted: 4/20/2012 8:03:24 PM Hard to think of a better GF series in the NBL in recent history so far. Maybe on par with the Sydney/West Sydney series from several years ago
There is absolutely nothing between these teams

Over 82.5 1H (TAB)
Been an awsome awsome series . The amazing thing for me is that these are two of the best defensive teams in the league & yet the defense is made to take a back seat to the full array of offensive weapons on both sides of the floor. There is very little to separate these two teams & a little bit of luck could decide the outcome of this game. Enjoy the game folks.

#20 Posted: 4/23/2012 10:46:44 PM Is Damian Martin playing? Even if he does you would have to think torn ankle ligament can't be easy to play with That severely slows down the Cats offense
Can't see them winning without him.

#21 Posted: 4/23/2012 11:46:32 PM Rod, he is probably a game time decision. From the clubs twitter page, sounds like he'll be ready to go. How effective he'll be is anyone's guess. I am not terribly concerned if he is not good to go...I believe it'll hurt their D more so than the offense because Cats have so many weapons it's just a matter of finding the open shooters on the floor. Robbins can step in alongside Lisch and be an effective distributor of the ball. Similarly, Jackson played on one leg in the Crocs series and the Breakers offense didn't miss a beat as he managed to be an effective distributor of the ball...the offense didn't suffer as much as many would've thought. Martin's rebounding and his ability to harass Jackson on the defensive end will be crucial to determining the outcome of this game imo.

#22 Posted: 4/24/2012 12:07:17 AM The Wilcats scored 87 points in game 2 even though they were 1-18 from 3 point range.....
How did they get so many? Thats right, the refs gave them 30 FT's..and the game never got into an intentional fouling situation...
