#6 Posted: 12/13/2011 3:22:01 PM Are you serious Papadon? I hope you're joking. Jesus Christ, some people can't understand a coincidence. Look, Tebow is great guy and a good role model but he is also one lucky mother guy. Even if you believe in God, you shouldn't thing he has anything to do with the outcome of football games. Wouldn't he have better things to do? Perhaps instead help with all the horrific things that happen in this world everyday... ya know aids, rape, children born with seriously messed up defects everyday, starvation in other countries where gluttony and pure selfishness do not thrive, etc etc. Anyway, like Mr Krazz said, God and Gambling don't go together. Unless this game is manipulated through the only way possible, money and corruption by men, NE SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM COVERING: 3 units plus teased several ways

NE should win by double digits..

#8 Posted: 12/13/2011 5:05:36 PM Gotta Love the Pats in this spot. The Denver Tebows are not suited to play in a shootout. Their luck runs out this week vs Brady and Company looking to make a statement. Gonna tease it as well. |

#9 Posted: 12/13/2011 5:20:28 PM I actually think Denver matches up well with New England. The only thing that bothers Brady (or any QB for that matter) is pressure. Denver has two very good pressure specialists in Von Miller and Elvis Dumervil. Denver should be able to run the ball and keep control of the clock, maybe limiting some scoring by New England. Lets not overlook the fact that New England has given up 20 or more points in three straight games. Against Vince Young, Rex Grossman and Curtis Painter. This defense is bad.
I'm currently on the fence about this game. My gut says New England -6, but Denver at home, also a statement game for them....

#12 Posted: 12/13/2011 8:27:35 PM Last time I checked, Brady, "The Law Firm", Gronkowski, and Welker don't play defense...........
Quick question - anybody ever heard of Dan Orlovsky or Rex Grossman??
NO?!?!?!?
Well, they looked like superstars the last couple of weeks against this (and I'm using the term extremely loosely) "defense" of the N.E. Patriots.............. It was also nice to see the Pats Offensive Coord. Bill O'Brien get in Brady's face over his "decisions" as an "elite" QB........
Satan is on Belichick's side, but God is on Tebow's side - - 6 points plus the home dog?????
- - once again...................
But, I'll tease that up to 7.5
Good Luck All!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Couldn't agree more.
Wish the spread would move to maybe 7 but I have a feeling their will be some reverse line movement in this one.
Take Broncos +6

#15 Posted: 12/14/2011 9:07:50 AM I think you are all buying into the hype. I think what Tebow and the Broncos are doing is great but they won't get it done in this won. |

AMEN. i love the Tebow phenomenon. but It's Tom Freakin Brady. and Brady is PISSED. don't u think that Brady is going to want to prove people wrong after he got chewed out by his coach?!?!?!!? think about it....Brady went 200 pass (most in the NFL at that time) w/out an INT and got CUSSED and FUSSED at by his coach!!!! good lord.....
LOCK OF THE DAMN WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!! yes I'm saying the L word. New England Wins BIG TIME and covers - WHATEVER |

#18 Posted: 12/14/2011 5:56:00 PM For the exact reasons Quad stated I am refraining from this game. Washingtons shitty offense looked great last week against -NE's porous defense. This makes my crystal ball very foggy, so I cant predict the outcome good enough to bet my money on this game. Might tease down the over along with under on AZ. That's the only prediction I will make on this. OVer 41 points on a teaser. |

#19 Posted: 12/14/2011 6:55:08 PM Denver has covered 4 of the last 5 against NE, and the last two times in this matchup that denver were dogs, they won outright??? Denver's defense is playing at a much higher level than NE's, which could keep them in the game late, within 6-7 points I mean by this, then who knows besides Tebow and the lord what could happen then...lol..
NE had trouble beating the deadskins last for pete's sake and that was with whats his who at qb for washington?? Rex Grossman lol, cmon... You got Tebow this weekend tom and bill, wouldnt underestimate situation... going into milehigh against a red hot denver TEAM... NE's defense is gonna have to step up big here, more than they did against washington....or its gonna be Tebow time this weekend in denver...Brady is great, but this is a team game
Pick Denver +7
final score 30-27 new england...Broncos cover |

#20 Posted: 12/14/2011 8:43:55 PM Brady eckes out a win, but New England's non existant defense allows Team Tebow get the cover.

#21 Posted: 12/14/2011 10:38:49 PM Denver's win over the Bears wasn't impressive at all. The Bears are goners ever since Cutler was injured. The Bears even lost to KC whom also lost their QBs. Being able to comeback at the last minute and DID NOT cover against the team that going downhill??If you haven't noticed.. Tom Brady will not allow Tebow to perform "miracle" after being 14points ahead this Sunday. Pray all you want.. there is no god! |

I like your analysis, I think you cleared up my crystal ball problem.
Denvers secondary is vulnerable I think this is where Tebo gets a reality check. New England for a few units you convinced me Nevergo4less.

ok. u predicted over 41. If u honestly believe in your heart of hearts that both teams will combine for over 41 points then the advantage has to go to ....New England. Yes Tebow has been a miracle from above...but again...it's against a High powered offense. Unless Denver runs their comeback version 2 min drill the entire game as the GREAT Skip Bayless has stated....then Denver doesn't have much of a chance.
I PROMISE u.....ur going to regret not jumping on this game when New England beats the Tar out of Denver by 10 or more. I wouldn't be shocked if New England won by 14 or more. I'm dead serious...... |

#25 Posted: 12/15/2011 7:57:48 AM FACT: new england is tied for 2nd in INTERCEPTIONS....in the nfl. think about it.
John Clayton pointed this stat out when one is determining why it's overated about how bad Green Bay's defense is. BTW green bay leads the league in ints with 27...New England has 18 ints approx. I'm not saying Tebow will have an int (won't be surprised)...but If I were betting big time on Denver this would make me logically....think twice or HEDGE my bet |
