Trust me, s3 is the way to go.  Also, there's a reason why apple is suing Samsung.  Competition.  I was trying to decide between the s3 and the new htc evo whatever.  S3 blew it out of the water

You mean Apple sued Samsung and won.  Samsung has to pay Apple a billion dollars.  http://www.forbes.com/sites/connieguglielmo/2012/08/24/jury-has-reached-verdict-in-apple-samsung-patent-suit-court-to-announce-it-shortly/

GDayMate

Similarly I'm still very fond of my old Samsung something something. It's so old that the model number has rubbed off, but it still gets the job done.

beware of the galaxy s3 if you live in a fringe area.  Mine won't ring at my house.. samsungs radios and signals are notorious for being worse than others.  my HTC rezound signals strength was easily 10-15dbm less  with my galazy being over -115dbm at my house.. it works great if you are in the city etc.. just beware if you are already in a limited signal area

slightly smaller screen size and better camera ( 12MP vs 8MP ). Other than that, its behind it 1 class.

Sony Experia is on par with the S2 tho.

compare

madskillz,

I think it is the right one. i had the HTC Thunderbolt since the day it came out and have never had a problem with it till the lock button jammed. I figure the technology on the Galaxy s3 is much better and worth the extra 100

I've had the iphone and will be getting the 5 (if it ain't broke don't fix it). My friend has the S3. I've never really messed with his phone so don't have a personal comparison but I will tell you when we're out and about and he needs to look up something he borrows my phone to search for stuff cause he says it's easier. Never really asked what he meant but I always find it weird.
