Well guys got the winning day on Thursday Night as Cincy won the game outright 1-0 day +$500 11-6 on the season +$3,160. I have 6 lays today including 3 max bets. So lets get at It. My plays are:
1 NIU -3 105 for $1,050
I was stunned when I saw this line Monday. MAC opener for both squads both off BB losses to power 5 schools. LY CMU went to DeKalb and snapped the Huskies 28 home wins in a row streak 34-17 as a 9.5 pt dog. They come in 1-3 SU and 3-0 ATS
NIU comes in at 2-2 SU 2-1 ats. They took Ohio State to the limit and lost a tight one at BC last week. When you look back at LY's meeting NIU had its worst rushing day of the year 33 carries for 110 yards. In todays meeting they face a CMU squad who has the 127th ranked rush defense in college football
The Huskies are 7-0 ATS their last 7 MAC rd games as a single digit fave. 13-3 ATS the last 16 times they've been a RD fave. And they're 15-0 SU 13-2 ATS their last 15 MAC rd game. The Chips have also the 11tth ranked rush offense in the FBS. If you can't run to keep NIU and Drew Hare off the field and you struggle to stop the run..You're dead. I thought the line would be 5.5 but i'll go with a MAC school that hasn't caught the headlines this year due to the success of Toledo and BG to win by 2 td's
2.Ohio -3 +100 for $1,000
The Bobcats come in off a heart breaking loss to Minnesota where IMO the Bobcats got screwed.Down 3 in the final seconds with the play clock running out Minnesota called a timeout which was granted however the ref still called Ohio for delay of game backing them up 5 more yards and they missed the FG Akron comes in off a 35-14 win as an 8.5 pt dog vs UL-Lafayette. The Zips flat out dominated.
I grant you that Ohio's qb Darius Vick is questionable for the game but Akron can't make up their mind on a qb.Tommy Woodson looked good last week get up big and Kyle Pohl comes in.....why? Of their 3 qbs Woodson IMO has been the best which isn't saying a lot. Whether its Vick or Sprague for Ohio it really doesn't matter to me. Stop Conor Hundley and Akron has little to know shot I like Ohio to win 28-20
I'm having some issues with my internet so i'll post the rest in a few minutes

I was flat out stunned when I saw the line Sunday as UTEP-1. I was more suprised to see them go all the way to a 4 pt dog. I don't get the infatuation with UTSA as they are 0-4 SU and 2-2 ATS. I grant you they played AZ and Col.State tough losing to CSU close last week UTEP started 0-2 getting destroyed vs Arkansas and Texas Tech and the big comeback down 2 td's vs NM State winning by 3 in OT and last week beating Incarnate Word 27-17
So I looked for injuries and suspensions and what I saw was that UTEP didn't really have any new injuries.. I've known RB Aaron Jones is out for the year and QB Mack Leftwich got a concussion and who knows when he'll play again.Their other RB Laufasa may not play its not like Sean Kugler will change his game plan which is to pound the ball and work off play action.
RS Freshman Ryan Metz has come in for UTEP and i've liked what I've seen from him. Hell in terms of injuries UTSA has 6 players who are questionable for today's game.I just don't understand the number. UTEP's schedule has lightened up and I get the better team at home as a dog vs an 0-4 team...You don't have to hit me over the head. UTEP outright
4.Missouri -3 -105 for $840
4th SEC meeting between S.Carolina and Mizzou in the battle for the Columbia Cup{Seriously there's a Columbia Cup} SC is 2-2 off a 31-14 win vs the dumpster fire that is UCF. A game SC trailed 14-5 at 1 point.Mizzou's 11 game rd win streak was snapped vs KY in the 21-13 loss last week
The big story in the game is Maty Mauk is suspended for the game. Freshman Drew Lock will get his 1st start today.Normally when I like a team early in the week and their starting qb is hurt/suspended I usually cross the game off my sheet. I realize Mauk is tough and a gamer....but he completes 52% of his passes in his career and he has been atrocious this year.Lock can't be worse can he?
The Gamecocks will also start a freshman in Lorenzo Nunez who is SC's 3rd qb in their 1st 4 games and he starts his 1st RD game. In terms of which defense I like better its Mizzou and I believe they'll force Nunez to make more mistakes than SC will do to Lock
Mizzou is 7-3 ats in their next game the last 10 times they've scored 13 or less. They're 14-3 ATS off a SU loss the last 4 years. Its been rough for Mizzou but I like them to somewhat get on track with a TD win in a game that will set football back 50 years

I went against Nevada last week as they made the long trip to Buffalo and I paid for it as they came out with the 24-21 win. They're fortunate to get out of NC play 2-2 and now their schedule sets up well as on paper they should be 6-2 heading into November UNLV is coming off an 80-8 win over Idaho State last week {Yay!}
UNLV has lost their last 9 rd games though to be fair they're 6-3 ATS in those 9 games. However thisis the 1st time UNLV has been a single digit dog on the RD during this streak. Neither team passes the ball well but with the Wolfpack's pistol offense they face a team that has the 101st ranked rush defense. And if you can't contain Nevada's run game you're in deep trouble
Nevada has the112th ranked pass defense un the FBS but UNLV doesn't have a Kyle Allen or an Anu Solomon or a Joe Licata as the qb.I was shocked this line wasn't 9.5. The only reason this isn't a bigger play is because I lost going against the Wolfpack last week. I get a less than a TD with a better team at home who needs to take care of business this month as they have a shot to play in the MW title game because they're in a wide-open division? I'll bite Nevada by DD
6. UMASS -3 -105 for $630
It's the Amherst home opener for UMASS today and its good to be home after the 0-3 start they had including last week's 62-27 loss at ND. The 3 teams they lost to are 11-1 combined on the season. FIU is 2-2 off a 27-17 loss at La.Tech last week
Big key for me is qb play in this game. While I like both Alex Mcgough and Blake Frohnapfel I get to take 1 of the top 2-3 qb's in the MAC at home against a FIU team with 2 safeties questionable for today's game. The offense has struggled but who's wouldn't playing Colorado,Temple and ND all in a row. UMASS gets their offense on track before next week's date at Bowling Green where you better score to keep up. I like UMASS to come out with a 30-21 win

Packers1992 Good luck today. You have a nice looking card. unfortunately we're on the opposite sides of the Nevada /UNLV game. I live here in Vegas and there is tremendous interest and loads of money on this game today. The line opened as UNLV+10 and has been bet down to 6 and 6.5. they are playing for the Fremont Cannon and Nevada has owned UNLV over the last 10 years or so and now the ex heralded High school coach (Tony Sanchez) has UNLV and the city re-energized and his team is playing over its head right now and with a lot of enthusiasm and energy. QB Blake Decker has cut down his TD to Interception ratio and the defense is much improved. This one will be a hard fought close game.
GLTU today. Thanks for all the insightful write ups.

I like FIU today Packers..... weather may affect the passing game of UMass, and they fall into my Notre Dame Beatdown Hangover trend, where no team has covered this year the week after playing the Irish.

Well guys after Saturday's debacle I needed a few days to clear my head. Didn't want anybody to think I was ducking my bad day. 2-4 on Saturday -$2,520 13-10 on the season +$640
I've said it many times in this forum: In college football if you're a team that doesn't score you basically don't matter. In my 4 losses all 4 of my plays scored less than 20 pts in each game
I haven't been the same since the Ole Miss-Alabama debacle. And I need to get my head out of my a$$ ASAP. 0-3 with Max bets and if I don't win max bets then I won't have a good yearI'll give everyone a heads up i'll have a max bet on Northwestern on Saturday......So bet Michigan big
