I don't know about the others, I'm sure they all have their pro's and cons. I have cashed out many times through sportsinteraction. After first cash out you have to send some validation of identification, kind of a pain in the behind but not a big deal.

Bet365 is also great for in-play action and multies plus they show a lot of soccer games and tennis, rugby.etc if your into that. They also give out loyalty bonuses and plays. Odds are not as good as Pinnys. At the moment I'm going through an absolute bullshit scenario trying to withdraw winnings from Betfair. Avoid these people, especially if you plan to open a Canadian account. I could rant on about them, but I will save that for a later date.
