So we gotta hit that first.
Once, we get down to nice body weight, can hit flys for a couple weeks and go for the kill............... but right now, gotta get in the game.

2) Gym time................ 3-4 Runs around the block............. One at HIGH speed.. Pushups in there somewhere.
3) Chicken
4) 50 jumping jacks after work.
