We gonna hit the gym smalltimer........... but so far............ you havn't even't mentioned legs or metabolism......................

So we gotta hit that first.

Once, we get down to nice body weight, can hit flys for a couple weeks and go for the kill............... but right now, gotta get in the game.

Oh........... we will blast some garbage later but................... Need weight drop and some BASIC friggin FITNESS for now.

Summary.....................

1)  80 jumping jacks...........AND 10 squat thrusts

2)  No gym................. need 2-3 laps around the block............ with pushup drops every block

3)  Chicken

My leg workouts are weird............... but they involve running around hte block first.

New summary................

1)  On wakeup........ 80 jumping jacks and 10 squat thrusts

2)  Gym time................ 3-4 Runs around the block............. One at HIGH speed..   Pushups in there somewhere.

3)  Chicken

4)  50 jumping jacks after work.
