Making this is as easy as possible.

Don't you have any leftover chicken or porkchops to eat instead?

Can't eat cereal after dark dude.

No carbs after dark.

Drop your spoon.  Flush that cereal down the drain.

Lotta trainers will not even let you eat cereal at all.............. I'm soft and I'll let you eat it but not near dark.

No way it'll work if eating cereal after dark.  Just no way.

And why would the darn would you eat cereal anyway?

Cuz it tastes good?

You are addicted to carbs........ and we are going to get you off that.  Before your wedding.  darn, we are gonna do it before the LSU game.  You will be totally turned off by carbs within 30 days or you can have your money back.

There are so many other foods to eat which taste better than carbs anyway.

You can still breakdown and eat them here and there but your pallette will change.  Once your body becomes healthy.

Cereal for breakfast is fine.............. as long has less than 5 grams of sugar in it................... in MAINTAIN MODE.

In Reduction mode............... we are gonna have problems with cereal.

Gonna change your entire blood chemistry............. and your pallette.............

Cereal tastes okay, but it's not that good.

In the future, I'm gonna have you grab a leftover porkchop instead of eating cereal.

2)  NEED some form of running.............. Skip the gym if have to.  Or run inside the gym.  But need some form of running.

Forearms aren't gonna get us there.

Yes........... I know it's harder to run for 5 minutes than do forearms for an hour.

Fully know that.

That's why half USA population is obese.

Lets GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you do the pushups............ hit the inside, hands together grip tho.  Maybe some wide ones too but definately hit the inside grips.

If was me............ here would be the routine...............

Immediate wakeup............ 100 jumping jacks........... 10 squat thrusts

Gym Time............... Run around the block........... maybe do it twice.......... If gonna be a box on the running, then grabs some pushups............ Then run around the block again......... then another set of pushups.

THE GYM IS DISTRACTING.

Dude.......... Gyms are false sense of security.

It goes down on the track.

Let's at least run around the block once or twice.

If you gonna give me total control....................

Instead of gym............. run around the block.........drop, and do 25 pushups and do it again............ then finish it with 25 more pushups.

That's a good workout........... and much better than this forearm garbage at the gym.

This is funny............ cuz my weightlifters friends darn with me but I"m the only guy who goes to the gym on a bicycle with his shirt off and looks around and realizes, nothing comes close.

Fried goes into the gym to grab some water, Television, and some bullshit.

The track workouts are quicker and more effective.

Yes........... more painful, but they are much quicker.

As long as sneaking some pushups and pullups in there........... upper body will be fine.

But what most gym dudes don't realize is............... legs is what peeps see.  And legs burn more calories.  And that is track stuff.

Gym people look in the mirror and all they can see is their chest and arms............ meanwhile.......... everybody else is seeing legs.

So the gym rats forget to work legs.
