A smoker. Worth every penny. For thanksgiving last year I had a turkey that was entirely smoked. Hands down the best turkey I've ever eaten.

stiln, i've been cooking exclusively on brinkman for like 15 years now.  it's almost brisket season at my place

I just got one a couple years ago. Best investment ever perhaps better than a grill. I've always loved brisket but the smoked turkey for thanksgiving was incredible. I made smoked salmon during the summer. Never had it before, the flavor of the salmon is amazing .
