#4 Posted: 12/25/2009 9:23:17 AM As KQC and Michael have noted, it's supposed to be a superfood..

#5 Posted: 12/25/2009 2:10:14 PM You can superfoods that are A LOT less cheaper and less exotic.
As Umgmu says Blueberries and in general all kind of berries. Broccoli is a everyday superfood, so is a pleasent thing as 70% + pure dark chocolate.
Green Tea is a super drink, and if you do not like its taste it can be had in a citrus/lime version.

#6 Posted: 2/2/2010 10:27:15 PM Hi guys!!! Acai is a really good fruit for your health, although doesn't have a good taste. I;m from Brazil and Acai is from there. A really good thing is to eat the pulp of Acai plus bananas and Guarana. If you can find Guarana in the US which I think it's not gonna happen, try it.It gives you a lot of energy, but if you don't work out you get really fat.

#9 Posted: 3/12/2010 9:50:07 PM I tried a drink called Monavie. Had the shits for 6 weeks. My joints felt good at first, but then they were back to normal after about 3 weeks. I don't think Acai is for everyone. |

#10 Posted: 3/17/2010 4:05:34 PM if the concept of acai berries is to help clean out your colon, i can do that myself and lose the weight. not a scam because it probably works, but oprah really got suckered into help marketing this fruit.
